Sometimes, it happens.
My first order mentioned it arrived on April 18th 2026, it did not. The replacement said it arrived on April 25th 2026, it did not. I was also notified the products had been delivered via through emails. By the time the packages arrived on April 27th, 2026, I had purchased the product on Amazon. Overall, I was charged twice by the same company, received my packages 2 weeks late, and I am still waiting on a refund. One customer representative out of the two I had called told me she would email me the shipping sticker, but has not. I am disappointed, but I would like to appreciate both customer representatives because the two I had called did their best to help out. Now I am waiting for a chance to refund the products that are both unopened.

Awesome quality and customer service
been using the APEC water system and filters since 2022, and both quality and customer service are great. On multiple occasions, they have sent me free samples just to make sure I have the best experience with their system (our water system in NY is a little different and requires different sets of filters). To solve the problem, even the business owner called me on the phone! Clearly, he cares about his business and his customers.
