No tracking update in 11 days

No tracking update since July 10th and it is now July 21st. I understand things are held up due to Covid (mind you Amazon got a package here next day...) but I'd be curious as to where my package has been sitting for the last 11 days since the "Shipment Received by Partner Carrier" update. Why hasn't this mysterious partner given a tracking update?

Delivered in delay, but I can understand.

The parcel was delivered with 14 days of delay, but with that COVID-19 issue I can understand.
Just a problem: the tracking updates come in delay and are confusing(the first three updates disappeared, for exemple).

25 days and still nothing

25 days and still nothing. I assume it's lost because customer service won't reply, I ordered the item two months ago to make sure it arrived in time. I understand Covid has caused issue, but seriously? I have items shipped thousands of miles and have arrived in two days.

Worst Carrier & service Ever

For all those who came to look at the reviews and found negativity- it’s true. I had ordered my package and it hasn’t arrived yet. It’s been a month and I’ve tried contacting them each week and no response; in addition No response to emails either. Their customer service is basically of no use and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever use this trashy company. It’s not trust worthy at all. So best of luck to all those people who have ordered and expecting packages through this carrier like me.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! NO SERVICE

I ordered a merch through priority for my birthday but the company has not even updated me for the past 2 and a half weeks. The contact email is not responsive!! I don't even know what to do. Have tried contacting them on instagram and facebook as well! would not recommend!!

IT’S SO BAD

I ordered a sweatshirt from the site in May and still have not received it, the latest information in the tracking number was made on June 2 and nothing more. I have been writing emails to people who are responsible for support for a month now; they DO NOT RESPOND. I don’t know where to write and contact, what do I need to do to get the order? I wrote in support of the delivery, but he is also not responding. I hope you all burn in hell for such negligent work. Awful site, awful support, awful delivery. NO ONE ANSWERS, Never order merchandise if delivery is carried out by this company. And most importantly, the people whose merch is absolutely give a NOTHING the fact that merch does not come.

WORST service and non existent customer service

I ordered merchandise from the Taylor Swift online store and it was shipped to the Philippines through APC.
I understand there are delays with the Corona virus going on but 3 (yes THREE) months is too much to wait. I have shopped online from multiple US stores since lockdown and never had this problem with any of those.

Customer Service at its lowest

Ordered some stuff from shop.theweeknd.com (as I can see, some of the other reviews have), and I haven't gotten any update since June 2.
Reached out to the APC customer service, and I've been waiting for about 11 days, on a reply regarding the whereabouts about my package.

Even though a employee contacted me after severeal days, they haven't responded to my mail for almost a week now....

Wont ever recommend APC

Don’t

I ordered face masks from The Weeknd. They gave the masks to apc almost 2 months ago. My tracking has no update since may 8th. Now it’s 19th June still no update. They must have lost my face masks. And if they didn’t I’ll receive them when this pandemic is over. So they will be useless. Not only that but I had to buy another ones for the 2 months I’ve been waiting. Worst shipping company ever? Maybe!

Redefining Snail Mail

Holy. This morning I received a shipping confirmation for a package and I let out a large groan when I saw it was being shipped through APC.

Previously, I ordered something through an artist store on March 31st. The artist's team shipped it out April 3rd and I thought I would have it in maybe 3-4 weeks due to the coronavirus which isn't that bad. I have ordered many things since mid-March (when COVID-19 began to hit NA) and all come to me within 3ish weeks depending on customs (no fault of Canada Post or USPS). APC is a different story. They took the parcel which was all fine until it began to sit. and sit. and sit. It sat at Chicago O'Hare for 4 weeks and finally my next tracking scan came to tell me that it moved into USPS custody AT CHICAGO O'HARE. How does it take FOUR WEEKS to move a package across AN AIRPORT. I understand with social distancing measures, there will be a backlog, but this makes me wonder, what is normal movement time? Is it normal to take say 1 week for a package to move across an airport? Probably not.

Thankfully, I did end up receiving my shipment on May 18th (a total of 6 weeks compared to what customer service quoted me as 7-10 business days) and everything was fine within the package HOWEVER, delivery was done by USPS and Canada Post, NOT APC which means they get NO props as they barely did their job.

If you see someone shipping via APC... please ask them to get a new postal company.

Your package will never arrive

I ordered a sweatshirt online on March 24, 2020 and now on the 1st of June I still haven't recieved the package as it is still in transit. Any effort I have made to contact apc or the shop that I ordered from simply tell me to watch my tracking information which updates possibly once every two weeks if that, the last update I have of my package moving is in April. I find it terribly unreasonable that the service this company provides is SO SLOW considering I paid almost $20 USD for shipping!! Maybe eventually I will get my package but I have given up hope that it will come anytime soon. Go with any other shipping provider as all of the orders I have ordered in the time since I have ordered this one have arrived in an at least semi-timely matter even given the current Covid-19 situation.

Awful. Parcel Seems Like It's Lost.

Awful. I paid for "priority" shipping (at quite a vast expense) and it's a week past its lastest expectant delivery. I get that delays may happen with the whole COVID-19 thing, but it's the fact that my tracking hasn't updated in over a week. It's left at "in transit" so It seems like my parcel may have been lost. If delays are happening because of COVID-19 I would at least appreciate an update from APC and they really shouldn't offer priority shipping if they can't deliver on it right now.

Very disappointed with the service. I hope my parcel isn't lost because I've only seen bad things about their so-called "customer service". Avoid companies who ship with APC if you can unless you want to risk your parcel getting lost or taking months past the expected delivery date.

So SLOW, im dying waiting for my packages.

So SLOW. HOW does it take 1.5 weeks to get to Ontario from NewJersey?! So sick of waiting 3 weeks for my packages to show up!!!!!!! I have 2 things shipped from the same company, this one on october 3rd with no updates and the other shipped with DHL on october 10th and will be here tomorrow. (I live on the west coast Canada and both packages shipped from Florida). Absolutely terrible transit times. Hello APC?!? You need to be BETTER than the competition, not worse if you wanna keep customers.

absolutley HORRIBLE !!!!

Completely incompetent company, lost my package before it even moved and has no idea where/what happened? First and last time ever using this, the merchant who shipped using this method were very helpful. But APC will lose your package before it even moves. Stay away from shipping with this company.

Package of meat meant to be delivered…

Package of meat meant to be delivered by 5.20pm for a BBQ on 26th June. Followed tracking and we were delivery number 54, by 8pm driver had done 41 deliveries and returned to depot. Couldn't get anyone on the phone despite hanging on for 10 mins. 27th June we check tracker and our delivery is now number 31 for that day! We contacted the company who sent the parcel and they couldn't be more helpful and were very disappointed this delivery service had let them down. Wouldn't touch APC with a barge pole.
