I need to move in 3 weeks

I need to move in 3 weeks. I've called 415-997-3615 for various apartments on the website. Absolutely no answer and no return calls or responses. Hope the landlords/clients didn't pay for an advertising service company that provides no services.

913 12th Avenue Prospect Park

913 12th Avenue is a house that rents out 1st Floor. I lived there for 11 months landlord turns around and decides not to rent anymore. He gave me notice by text (red flag right there). It’s a family with two toddlers and very noisy they live above. The wife has problems with tenants cooking with spices. They don’t tell you this when you apply. Too many rules for parking and sitting out on lounge chair in summer. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The owners are friendly but sneaky they kept my deposit when I left and I even had a clean place I respected their home. I only $975 instead of my $1150 deposit

They advertise for fraudsters

I used the Apartment Finder to find a home advertised. Oaks Landing in New Brighton MN. They took my down payment and application fee $250.00. Then ghosted me. I have email and call records that show how they took my calls until they had my money. After several attempts to contact Christy or Alex I had to drive 4 hours to the office, they told me more lies. Finally after several bad reviews they sent me a refund check not for the full amount- which bounced. They have several pending lawsuits for illegal behavior. Cheats and liars.

My disabled mother requested a…

Axis 3700 Plano, Texas. My disabled mother requested a handicapped space and they offered her a reserved spot for an amount of money. I am asking them to make a reasonable accommodation and provide a handicapped space without any charges, but they are refusing to respond to my request. I’ve sent them numerous emails and wouldn’t respond to my inquiry. Of all the bad things about this place, this is the most despicable. UPDATE: They finally responded and outright refused to provide a reasonable accommodation. They should be ashamed of themselves!

My son lives at Perry 81 apartments

My son lives at Perry 81 apartments. His AC went down over 2 weeks ago. After multiple attempts to turn in service calls and having to stay in a hotel with his dog they finally answered and said they thought it was a different concern reached out to the management company which is COHEN ESRY. Same bs and we all know the easing agents have to deal with the disgusting trickle down of the management company. It's 90 degrees and they expect you to pay rent and zero effort to fix the problem.

Don’t live here!

I just moved out after a year. Of all the places I’ve lived in BG, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had five work orders, confirmed by the manager, between September 2022-December 2022. One of which was for black mold, after being told these were “gutted” apartments. My walls were brown in different spots from water leaks that they couldn’t even locate. It started out a small brown spot in my bedroom and grew to half the wall. When they “fixed” the black mold in the ceiling they did so by cutting a square of it out and putting something in its place. They slapped paint over it and it was back in less than a month. My closet door was unhinged when I moved in. There was a hole over top of my main door the day I moved in. They never changed the filters and kept the filter door locked.
I gave up on maintenance and knew I was just going to move. They charged almost $900 a month (and were increasing it on renewal) and I had no balcony and no window screens. These would barely be described as glorified dorm rooms. This used to be College Suites and Hilltop Club. Look up those reviews if you want to see what it’s actually like.
Upon move out they want $500 to touch up the walls, doors, and carpet. I cleaned that apartment all weekend, with help, and those are things every landlord has to do before a new tenant. They just want me to foot the bill.
Save your money. I pay $200 more a month for a two bedroom with a balcony now. My allergies are already better after a week. There are SO MANY better options. Save yourself some time, money, & a headache and go anywhere else.

Today I called them after reviewing…

Today I called them after reviewing pictures of a studio apartment in North Miami Beach the person who answered the phone, said that the pictures were of a three bedroom house and the studio is in the back and there was no pictures. The employee told me to come to the office and she’ll show me the pictures. These people cannot be trusted. They’re scammers. It’s called switch and bait.

Everytime we go through the process of…

Everytime we go through the process of trying to sign up for a tour or information, the realtor never get back to us or place for looking at gets printed out as we're talking to the people about setting up a tour. It's getting ridiculous and making trying to find somewhere to live more stressful than it already is
