I was sent a bike with a bent crank and the chain slips off every time i try to ride. I haven’t heard back from the claims department about my damage ticket.

I ordered from this company and because of COVID the bike was delayed for two months. I sent an email today (I had to reach out) and it’s another two months. So Summer will be over before I get to ride the bike with my one year old. I’m pregnant with a second baby and it was crucial to ride now because I won’t be able to later.

I'm obsessed with my Jackie bike. I'm 5'5" and I ride my bike through my neighborhood with my family, to do light errands and it is perfect. Easy on/off and I have gotten compliments on it and its gorgeous color, too.

I had a terrible time getting the front v brakes right. Other than that, the assembly was fine. I wish I could have gotten a different color than green. It fits my needs perfectly though. I am excited to go on a few adventures with it.

I recognize there are shortages happening right now but when I placed an order it stated the bike was a pre-order with ship date of June 24th. Now I’m being told that it won’t ship until August 17th. I ordered the bike in May. Just a little disappointed that I was told one date and now may not get the bike for another 2 months. I was really hoping to have my bike for the summer :(

I love my bike. I was able to put it together by myself. There's still a few kinks I need to work through; the directions are in there I just have to actually read them! But a lovely bike, so glad I purchased it through this website.

I'm honestly not sure if two stars is fair at this point given I have not received the bike yet. It was ordered mid-may (it's now mid-june) and I never received a date for shipment or that it would be delayed YET my credit card was charged immediately. When I did reach out, my email was responded to from a different company who seems to have the same bikes, but at cheaper prices. I'm wondering if I got scammed?

The customer service is AWFUL. You would think when you're spending a couple hundred dollars on a bike that someone would be willing to assist. I have still not heard back anything regarding the shipment of my bike. If I didn't want a bike so bad, i'd honestly just cancel my order and get my money back.

I purchased 2 bikes! Thank goodness I did because In the first bike we received I was given 2 of the same size tools instead of the other size needed to tighten the handle bars! I was able to assemble both bikes because I opened the other bike purchased and the correct tools were included. Once installed, there is an issue with the brakes constantly rubbing on the tire. The other bike seems to ride great but now the brakes are making a loud noise when in use. Also on the one frame it was delivered with a gauge just under the seat of the bike. I would think for the money spent there should be no issues like that. I would not think that was damaged due to delivery considering it was packaged pretty well! I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have even requested how to return the one bike. On their website there is no return policy or instructions listed which is supposed to be included with your purchase! I understand that there is an overwhelming response of emails/purchases of bikes but if you have purchased a bike and there are issues or you would like to return a bike, you simply do not get a response except for an automated one. It has been well over 5 days for multiple e-mails sent and still no response from the company or any assistance with parts/repairs or instruction for return. This is my first purchase with this company and so far I am disappointed to spend over $1,000 and have no assistance or customer service at all. As well as not be able to ride our bikes which was the whole reason we made the purchase! At this point I have no idea how to process a return or a repair of the purchases made. I have been waiting to give a review in hopes that this would be made correct which was stated in an e-mail, hoping to give a better review. Wanted to love the purchase, company and bikes but unfortunately it did not work out that way. I hope to hear something from A/O to help us with our purchase.

I am so happy that I purchased the Rosa Bike from AO! This is my first bike in about 15 years and the Rosa does NOT disappoint. I have used my bike almost every day since it arrived. I've taken it out on casual trails (dirt and gravel), pavement, hills, and through grass and it's worked beautifully and is very comfortable. I also have to mention how attractive the bike is!

Assembly was very simple and took less than an hour. There has been no issues on that end - either with the gears or the brakes.

I have already recommended the Rosa to every one I know that is looking for a hybrid bike! You will not be disappointed with this purchase! I'm not!

I was sent the wrong bike. The bike I received isn’t on their site. Tried to call, could not get an answer. Then I emailed and received a generic email that pretty much said they were overwhelmed and couldn’t respond to customers due to Covid. That’s fine but when I was looking, I couldn’t find the bike I was looking for anywhere but found it on their site. Truth of it is they didn’t have it either although they said they did and just sent something else in place hoping it would suffice in order to gain the sale. The bike they sent was so far from what I ordered. Poor business practice is to blame, not Covid. Granted, I am in line now to receive a response. This was a gift for Mother’s Day. Shipping a bike back is going to be so easy and a lot of fun.

Great bike and very EASY to put together. Super cute and perfect for South Florida.

This rating maybe unfair to A/O however it reflects my frustration due to the fact I have yet to received the bike because it’s stuck on a trailer in Oak Park, Mi because FedEx is behind on its deliveries.

Love the bike....missing the piece that holds the front wheel on...hope it’s here soon.

My wife loves her new bike. She likes it so much we let our friends daughter ride so she could convince her parents to buy her one. I did have some issues assembling the rear fender. it seemed to not fit as it was rubbing the tire when rolling. The back wheel may need to be trued also. After a little massaging and bending/ shaping the fender fits and isn't rubbing now. I give it a rating of 4 stars only because we tried to contact technical support via phone and email and we were unable to talk with anyone.Other than that very happy with the purchase.

No customer service whatsoever. Contacted/ emailed/ called no response.

I got the Audrey; idk if I set it up wrong or what but its tough peddling up a slight incline on the curb on 1 or 3. I can only imagine what itll be like up one of the many steep hills in this city. it was advertised as being sufficient enough for "hills for days"...I hope I can figure out the issue as I really want to love this bike.

Update: I took it to the bike repair shop and they tweaked it a bit. It rides a lot better now. I havent gone up any hills yet but the incline onto a curb is wayyy better. The bike is great but the instructions leave more to be desired. I still recommend this company nonetheless.
