I brought this for my sons Birthday purchased on 24th April 5 weeks later 6th June he was riding it when it started making a noise and feeling loose then all of a sudden the frame snapped sending my son flying! I am trying to resolve it with AOVO and they don't want to know. Takes them days to reply and then it's nothing helpful. I want a new scooter or my money back.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience, scooter snapped in half at the weld. Sent a number of emails to the warranty team, not one response. Would highly NOT recommend.

You might not be getting what's advertised
I've bought 2 Aovo m365 es80's - I bought the first scooter second hand - It didn't last long before a weld broke - I put this down to abuse by the first owner and so I bought a new one direct from Aovo, from the offset I had problems with the range-The scooter's battery didn't last as long as the one in the old scooter even and rapidly got worse, I let them know via email which they were reasonably prompt at replying to each time and after the 5th(possibly 6th) E mail they finally relented and said they would send a new battery after a load of questions and being told it's normal in the first 4/5 Emails ,I also ordered (on 25th August) a Smart 4u helmet that I'm still waiting for too- I'm also an electronics engineer that knows battery technology reasonably well- well enough to safely disassemble the battery from the first 2nd hand scooter- It's what's known as a 10s3p 10.5 AH ,The "newer better" battery - this would mean the cells would have to be 3500 MAh each - they are not! - they are only 2500 MAh giving a total capacity of 7.5 AH @36v- Coincidentally the capacity of the older batteries, Did they just change a sticker? If I ever get the replacement, I'm supposed to get I'm going to do the same inspection to the dodgy battery that came with the new scooter - I'll keep you folks posted of my findings- I'm left wondering if Aovo are misleading customers or have dodgy suppliers -Either way they are not selling what they say they are. And I'm left wondering if I've been ripped off?

I bought a scooter that was defected (battery don't charge), I returned and after waiting 10 days for a substitute, asked for a refund.
They are refusing the refund, not honoring their policy, while admitting their mistake, and asking me to keep waiting for a replacement which I don't want anymore, because for the few minutes I could use the scooter it felt also bumpy and unsafe

Poor customer service, nothing resolved
Got a scooter for my 11 year old sons birthday, after 3 weeks it failed, it won't charge and has no power I have now been emailing Aovo for over 2 weeks and the problem has not been resolved they keep asking me the same questions or asking for photos/videos of the scooter.....still haven't had a reply from my last email and nothing has been resolved, might be dragging it out so I miss the 30 day refund policy

Fast service in the beginning but as soon as something goes wrong with your scooter they are a nightmare. Bought my scooter september and it wouldn't work after 3 weeks. Been trying to get it refunded exchanged or even fixed. 27 emails later and I'm still no close to getting it fixed. Even though they have said they will send a label for me to return it to get it fixed on friday I'm still waiting . If an item is faulty you are within your rights to have a refund especially if you have had it less than 7 weeks. Shocking service

Less than two months! The scooter stopped working! NOW they emailed me "Oh, we will send you a new battery" so they want to send me a new battery and asked me to replace it by myself! Whaaaattttt

My son purchased a scooter with his Christmas Money back in March 2021 - it came really quickly but on taking it out of the box the mudguard at the back snapped as it was so flimsy! We reported it straight away and in all fairness they replied quite quickly and advised they would send a replacement part asap! We waited about 3 weeks and the part eventually came - then at the begining of may my son was riding the Scooter and the bolt at the base of the handle bars worked its way loose and fell out causing the handlebars to fold and collapse and catapult my son over the scooter hitting the ground grazing and hands and legs !!!! I Imeediately contacted the company (You CANNOT phone them) via email for someone to get back to us regarding this serious matter and here we are some "6" weeks later getting absolutely no where!!!! I have now taken legal advice and will now go forward to sue them! & claim all my costs back as i feel they need to take this matter very seriously and at least have the decency to respond! I will keep you all informed in the meantime - but for now YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Well i ordered a back mudguard/tail light on 15th april it was meant to be delivered by the 23rd april and its never been delivered they were happy to take my money and i dont think they exist in the uk i have an open case with paypal still havent heard anything PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM AOVOPRO.UK THEY ARE NOT TRUSTED! Thank god i ordered my scooter from else where works a dream had it for over 5 months. Was sold by a man called Kagan and they also never reply either at all no shipping info. and never received!!

This scooter delivered 2nd April - couldn't assemble properly as steering post won't lock together - the catch is completely misaligned with the hole it needs to go into so scooter is unusable. Have been trying to contact customer services but emails have gone cold. They first said I needed to send a video of the problem before they could process a return which I did. Since then I've heard nothing. Have contacted citizens advice who have advised first step to send registered letter but the website lists no address. Companies House has a company number and address but it doesn't correspond to the company number on the website. I'm losing hope! My son saved his Christmas and birthday money to buy - it's a lesson for him.... DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! PS. Have also contacted 'You and Yours' BBC RADIO 4 - please do same if you've had same experience!
An up-date: Since posting this review I have received an email offering a spare part which I have declined. I am within 30 days of buying the scooter and therefore have a right to return it if I'm not satisfied. I have asked that within my consumer rights they begin to process a return today. I will up-date - hopefully with something positive if I hear back from them accordingly
FAULTY SCOOTER.....awaiting refund!
Ordered a scooter before Xmas and it arrived on time, ish. Unfortunately it was faulty and I contacted them to explain. They sent an additional part after about 3 weeks. There was an issue with the thread on the screws so we couldn’t get the handle bar off, they suggested we a send it to any repair shop, but couldn’t as we were in lockdown. Have managed to replace the handle bar after finding a bike shop, but item is still faulty! We’ve not managed to use it once! They replied telling me I’m not eligible for a refund as 30 days has passed. I’ve contacted them many times as initial email explaining fault was within 30 days. They have now stopped
