Chair causes skin allergies
In 2021, I purchased this chair. My son, who started using it this summer (before that, it had been practically unused but assembled and left at home), developed swellings due to direct contact between his skin and the materials of the chair's backrest. These wounds were examined by a doctor, who advised us to stop using the chair as it was dangerous for my son's skin.
Even though my son later wore a t-shirt or a sweatshirt to avoid direct contact, the swellings have been very difficult to heal, even after months.
I can’t imagine what prolonged direct skin contact could cause over time.
The product clearly has a material defect that causes skin irritation and swelling, as confirmed by my doctor.
When I contacted the manufacturer, they responded that there is no evidence that their product caused the issue and stated, "If your son has a sensitivity to the coating of this item, we can only advise you to avoid direct contact, but this certainly does not fall within the scope of a warranty claim or compensation."
I was very shocked by this response, which I find to be a hasty way of dismissing any responsibility.
Other than that, the chair is of decent quality, although after only a few months of regular use, the lift piston broke.
24-2-25: Adds an update regarding the seller's response. They did not apologize, did not show any remorse, and did not try to accommodate a customer. Just accusations.
My son has SWELLINGS, and they blame it on global warming. It’s clear that the faux leather is garbage, and my son and I made a mistake trusting the materials used for a chair that cost just over 100 euros and was poorly made. No "we're sorry," no "we'll help you with a new purchase."
What does it matter if the chair is four years old? If the issue happened this summer, what was I supposed to do? Stay silent? I didn’t expect anything except a simple "we're sorry."
From your response, it’s clear that you’re grasping at straws—very unprofessional.

Per prima cosa ci teniamo a specificare che questo tipo di segnalazione è la prima in assoluto che ci arriva in anni di vendite, sia su questo prodotto specifico che su qualsiasi altro.
Il cliente ha effettuato l'ordine di una poltrona nel 2021, quindi quattro anni fa.
Solo adesso ci invia delle foto della schiena del figlio con evidenti segni che il cliente ha con certezza imputato all'utilizzo della nostra sedia, specificando anche che la suddetta sedia è stata utilizzata dal figlio in estate a petto nudo, quindi stiamo parlando di un utilizzo prolungato di una pelle nuda e sudata con le temperature record che ormai si registrano nel nostro Paese ogni anno in estate. Evidentemente la pelle del ragazzo ha subito un forte shock ma che avrebbe subito anche su una qualsiasi altra superficie se accostata alla pelle senza neanche utilizzare una maglietta, se si è verificata una reazione di qualsiasi tipo non può essere imputata alla nostra sedia nello specifico.
Abbiamo fatto un esempio parallelo al cliente, che secondo noi spiega in maniera più ampia la situazione: c'è chi non può indossare la lana o materiali sintetici, chi se in contatto con oggetti di metallo ha reazioni importanti ma non per questo chiediamo a tutti i produttori una verifica sui braccialetti o maglioni del caso.
Inoltre se la se la sedia fosse così prepotentemente "allergizzante", un contatto anche minimo dovrebbe scatenare reazioni fin dai primi utilizzi anziché dopo quattro anni e a chiunque ne venga in contatto.
Certi del buon senso della maggior parte dei nostri clienti ci sembrava doverosa una replica a questa accusa.

I the nordered a kitchen cart, again delivery was very quick, great quality, good instructions. I would definitely buy from this company again, both my experiences were excellent! La cliente ha ricevuto un prodotto che sosteneva di non poter montare a causa di un difetto dei pezzi, abbiamo quindi provveduto a ritirare l'articolo e sostituirlo ma la cliente lamenta sempre lo stesso problema.
