Easy to order, bought a faux palm tree at a very reasonable price, they gave a delivery date of 4 or 5 days but it was delivered in 3 days in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend this company

Very good customer liaison. I had trouble building the shoe cabinet and had to resort to using pliers in order to get one of the hinges to bed in but it looks good, appears to work properly. Definitely not big enough for 6 pairs of proper shoes though!

I bought 3 raised beds. They were delivered quickly, packaged well and had ALL of the bits required to assemble.
Assembly was easy, all the holes lined up, no sharp edges, but they did supply gloves just in case. Well made, look great and significantly cheaper than anywhere else. I love them. The only problem is filling them with soil and compost, they’re huge! I’m looking forward to filling them with spring bulbs

Over a week ago, I contacted you regarding my unresolved issue with order number 138800006443. You replied that you would resolve the matter promptly and apologized for the inconvenience caused.

However, it has now been almost another week, and I have still received no further response or update regarding my issue. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and gives me the impression that my concern is simply being ignored.

As requested, I have completed and submitted the disclaimer form. Therefore, I am now requesting that you process my full refund without any further delay.

I have already been waiting long enough, and I do not want to continue wasting my time following up on an issue that should have been resolved by now. The numerous negative reviews on Trustpilot also raise serious concerns about the way customer issues are being handled.

Please resolve this matter and issue my full refund immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience through appropriate review platforms and consumer channels.

I expect a clear response confirming the status of my refund.

It was just a very quick and efficient service

Delighted with the product. Very unimpressed with the delivery process. (We received a link to a tracking site which would not accept the order number supplied, and then the bed turned up with no call/SMS - luckily we were home, but not clear what would have happened if not)

I have purchased a few items from Aosom and I have been really happy with all of my purchases. The quality has been very good, especially considering the prices. I have found their prices to be much cheaper than many other websites, while the quality is still very good. The items were as described and arrived as expected. I have had a really positive experience with Aosom and would definitely recommend them. I will happily shop with them again.
