A thoroughly enjoyable 3 days on my first aid course. The environment was very good. The trainer was excellent, knowledgeable, kind, patient. Very COVID-19 conscious, gave me the confidence to ask questions and feel able to complete my final assessment at the end. I am a very nervous learner and Roy created a safe environment for me to relax and enjoy the experience. All the handouts, slides were clear, specific and understandable. Highly recommend this company. Really met my learning needs.
