Never received my paid order ! They won’t refund me because it has already been shipped over a year ago! Do not buy from them!

Ordered some Magnesium Polarized Sunglasses, the ones they sent were abysmal, nothing like the pictures, customer service was absolutely awful, AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Fraudulent company!
Avoid Avoid Avoid - Ordered an item, it arrived bashed up and broken, I contacted them straight away to return, after about 3 weeks of back and fourth the finally gave me a shipping address and agreed to refund me after MANY attempts to offer me $5, $8, $10, $15!
Well today, 4 months after returning the item, it has landed on my door step again with an 'ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST!'

Avoid at all costs, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

I ordered cc cream last June 2, 2022. After they took my money from my acoount I have not heard from them up to this time. No product, no tracking# nothing, they just vanished. This is the biggest scam. I don't know why face book is allowing this kind of scam.

Scam and fraudulent money taken from account, no tracking Nos sent, no product sent. No email confirming purchase. Reporting to Australian authorities

I have ordered from Anyway joyful a month ago and just received my heart plaque not what I expected. I can’t even get a contact to return my item. Do not order from them I believe they are not a legit company.

Order placed for the intertwining hearts on 30/8/21 and goods still not received.
I have emailed on numerous occasions to say that I am contacting CAB which I have today and they are being reported to Trading Standards.
Really upset and disappointed - how can a company operate and do this, again and again?

Do not purchase anything from this site! 6 months since original order and nothing! Constant emails saying they are sending another item but still no sign of it. So poor it's beyond words

Ordered 29/08/2021, it’s now been 22 weeks and I’ve received absolutely nothing. Constant emails back and forth (mainly from my end) enquiring where the package is, why does it always suddenly stop existing at Brisbane airport processing, “We’re so sorry, we’ll send another and that way you might receive two items!”
Pretty annoyed about it coz I thought some of the products, and obviously the one I “brought” were decent items.

Scam Scam Scam take your money and you never receive your goods. Email reply always the same must be a automatically generated reply.
Take my advice do not order from this company.

I placed a order for intertwining hearts after my husband of 47 yr died. First they over charged. 2nd they never said they were shipping for out of the USA & lastly my item never came.

Ads on Facebook persuaded me, ordered item mid September, they took payment on 22 September but did not send me a confirmation email. Received repeated emails from a shipping company saying where item was. The emails stopped. The item never arrived. The shipping company email address suddenly no longer exists. I've been scammed.

Scammers! Ordered in Aug and still nothing. I have emailed them a million times and the response I get is "please give it a few more days for an update" total BS!!

I ordered in august and still have not received my merchandise. I’ve emailed them asking for an update or refund so many times that now when I try to email them it says the address can not be found! Horrible customer service! Still no merchandise!
