So I head about the new location open in my area, and I was excited about it. I've recently moved to the area of Etobicoke, and ben to a few of the gym in the are that wear ok but not live up to my expectations. I was a fit4less member for a while now the one on Queensway&Kipling, and let me till you that place is a shit whole unclean, leaking ceiling in the bathroom and in the gym area. I decided to make the change and move on to a better gym with better equipment and overall better atmosphere, AnyTim Fitness at Kipling&Bloor is amazing, new perfect working machine respectful members that put back there weights. No annoying slamming of weights very clean, and the staff are very friendly greeting you with a smile and a hello, and the same when you are leaving the gym. The staff is always on point clean making sure the upkeeping of the gym and the safety of the members are there number one perority.

Shameful conduct of the staff and no guidance for person without Personal Trainer @ Kaushambi,Ghaziabad and even my earlier issues not resolved by gym personals and misbehaving onwards

I talked with one of the managers,Jeff. I let him know that my key fob has not been working. Even though he was not on work time, he took the time to report my probem to higher up people and suggested I stop bac when one of them is there working over the weekend.

Highly not recommended. The branch at Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia has poor customer service and management, small space with overcrowding issues, limited equipment, basic interior and toilets without any aesthetic appeal. Definitely the worst gym experience and glad to move on to another gym. No more peasant gym!

MANAGEMENT AT THE CULVER CITY ANYTIME FITNESS LOCATION CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER IF THEY CARED!

THE FIRST BATHROOM/SHOWER DOOR ON THE RIGHT AS YOU ENTER THE HALLWAY HAS NO HOT WATER IN THE HANDICAP SHOWERHEAD ON A CORD! NONE! THE TURNING MECHANISM ON THE SHOWERHEAD ONLY TURNS ABOUT HALFWAY, NOT TO THE HOT WATER! MANAGEMENT MUST FIX THIS, BUT PROBABLY WON'T!

THEN I WENT TO ANOTHER BATHROOM WITHOUT A HANDICAP SHOWERHEAD AT ALL! TERRIBLE!

THEN I TRIED TO EXIT THE GYM BUT THE DOOR WOULDN'T OPEN! I ASKED SOME GYM MEMBERS FOR HELP, AND A NICE WOMAN SHOWED ME THAT OPENING THE EXIT DOOR REQUIRES PUSHING A BUTTON SIMULTANEOUSLY AS YOU PUSH THE DOOR OPEN. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?! WHAT IF THERE'S AN EARTHQUAKE, A GUN SHOOTING OR OTHER EMERGENCY? GOOD LUCK OPENING THE EXIT DOOR FAST, IF AT ALL IF THERE'S AN ELECTRICAL SHORTAGE OR OUTAGE! YOU SIMPLY SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUSH THE EXIT DOOR OPEN WITH NO ELECTRIC BUTTON!

Their new app is the worst possible app on the surface of planet earth.

Attempt to book or cancel classes results in error messages, which is the basic purpose of this app. All those fancy advertising videos on the app are just annoying and unnecessary.

This app is so bad that I consider changing gym just not to use this crappy buggy thing anymore.

Anytime fitness. Do everyone a favour. Remove this new buggy app that makes everyone’s life harder and just bring back the old app. At least we could book / cancel classes on that old one!

I've love going to Anytime Fitness when I head home from work. They have great equipment, it's very clean and the Manager, Aaron, in Albuquerque (Coal) is extremly friendly and encouraging. It's been a great experience.

After lengthy back and forth they still do not cancel my membership. They charge me very month from my card. I now know why they use Google Wallet in the first place so that they can have full access to all my card. I had to remove their permission in my Google Wallet account and I had to remove the app so they do not automatically add my card to their account Everytime I have new number. They do very shady business. I have report them to States General Attorney so they can keep an eye on this business.

Memberships are inflexible and not worth the money for the size of the place and limited equipment... Went for a tour and the bad smell should have been a dead giveaway. Do the staff not care about their gym? The lady who gave me the tour couldn't seem less bothered... no energy, whirlwind tour, couldnt answer my questinos about the contract details etc., it was as if i was a waste of her time only. Range of classes and community feel were the only attractive things about the gym

Terrible Gym, never update anything, and try to hold you to outrageous contracts… they aren’t doing well and it shows how abysmal this company is. It is a scam all around, they will also charge you out of nowhere.

I signed a membership at Anytime Fitness Nuenen, and the entire process was full of issues. I requested cancellation on April 9, 2025, well before the contract start date (April 23), but was completely ignored.

At the time of signing:
• I was not given the General Terms and Conditions to read, nor informed about my rights.
• The manager inserted my initials into the contract digitally without letting me review it properly.
• I was never told about the 14-day reflection period.
• I also never received a copy of the Terms and Conditions, which violates clause 2.2:
“Members will receive a copy of these Terms and Conditions at the time of registration. They are also available at the club. By signing the agreement, the Member agrees to these terms.”

I used the gym only 16 times in total, and I’m open to paying a reasonable fee for that. But they refused to acknowledge my cancellation and, over the phone, told me I’d have to pay 100% of the 12-month contract, which is not stated anywhere in the official Terms.

I sent a formal email on April 17 and never received a reply. No response, no support, no explanation.

This company does not respect customer rights and provides zero accountability. Avoid this gym.

Recently joined the gym, its great experience though just here for the lady named Lou, she is so helpful and hospitable. Really like the way she works or take her responsibilities seriously …..!

I worked very hard and consistently delivered my best as a trainer at Anytime Fitness Jodhpur. Despite my dedication, punctuality, and service to members, the gym management refused to pay my rightful salary and earned incentives even after multiple respectful follow-ups.

It has now been over two months, and my payments are still pending. This experience has been mentally stressful and deeply disappointing.

I expected more professionalism from an internationally recognized brand like Anytime Fitness. I am posting this so that higher authorities can notice how some branches are treating their hardworking employees unfairly.

I hope the senior management takes this seriously and ensures fair practices across all locations.

I'm not the only one that they held hostage to membership and not letting me cancel my membership. They add up random fees that was not clearly stated at the beginning at the time of sign up. They continue to withdraw my bank without my consent. I have download a form on State Attorney General in California and filed a report on them. They are very unethical in how they conduct their business.

The worst over crowed gym in Colindale all equipment crowed with no space to work out Rude Manager poor attitude no communication skills he was very convincing to sign me and friends up after that very dismissive attitude and no guidance how to use difficult equipment . Any one reading this save your time and money there’s a new gym burnt oak so much better and really help staff . I withdrew my membership from anytime Colindale . Waste of time .

Apparently my membership is a "contract" so there is no cancellation. The staff are too greedy, lazy, and rude to find a way to cancel it and said I just have to pay the full 2 years of so called "membership".

I am trying to cancel my membership, and they refuse to do so unless I pay them $250. They send you to a third party to cancel and neither the 3rd party or the gym will assist with cancelling membership. Also, once I asked for cancellation, they are hitting me with random "club fees".

They are impossible to cancel and have predatory fees. "Club enhancement fees" are randomly charged, even if you have already canceled the membership. Their third-party customer service cannot do anything but read their script.
