ANY VAN BUT ANY VAN ONE TO AVOID

This company requires customers to pay in advance, which in itself is a bad omen. We booked them to remove some items we were holding in storage to be delivered to our daughter's new flat, a distance of about 3 miles. We were given a 2 hour time slot. The driver (Emad) called during the time frame, to say he was delayed on another job and asked if he could attend an hour later. We agreed to this, informing him the storage facility closes an hour later than the time he requested. He called again, asking to extend the time frame, when the storage facility would be closed. We told him this was inappropriate, that we paid in advance for the items to be collected and delivered with the specified time frame and demanded a refund. He called again, later the same evening, asking if we required another driver knowing the storage facility was now closed for the day. My wife, much to my frustration, rebooked the same driver the following day, only for a repeat of the same experience to happen again. My wife ascertained a refund via hsr bank. Any Van brag they have several thousand Trustpilot reviews to its credit, but here is a real one they won't be so keen to mention. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Steer clear and NEVER pay up front for their service.
