Complete scam of a company

Complete scam of a company. Initially all was great with Anything Branded, they could provide exactly what we were looking for, could do it within our timeline etc. We paid (stupidly) up front and then...nothing! David Marie went AWOL (or out of the business as told to me by Paul Murphy who was the other contact). Completely missed our delivery deadline. Then we were told the order was stuck on a freight container (for months!), then complete radio silence. They also have email addresses from another alleged company known as FullPrint.ie so don't be fooled by this either.
There are the multiple email addresses they seem to be doing business from including an info one, a sales one and one with their first/full names for both Anything Branded and FullPrint.ie.

We lost a lot of money and to date, still don't have our order and I'm guessing we never will at this point.
DO NOT BE FOOLED/SCAMMED BY THEM.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! It is a scam.

Last year we placed in a big order for a company event and David was very responsive and helpful, promised they can work within the deadlines, have quick turnarounds and so on. It sounded great up until we paid the full amount for the goods and he disappeared.
He was always busy, we were calling reception leaving messages and we were always promised he would call us back. This went on for 2 months until we managed to report successfully the scam with the bank.

Not sure how this business still operates..

Anything Branded...Nothing Delivered...no Refund

In APril 2024, I made a significant order from Anything Branded. David M - Managing Director assured me I would have the order delivered within 2 weeks. This didn't happen. As I needed the products for an event and I would not get them, I requested a refund. They (Paul M) agreed by email. 3 months I'm still waiting. They do not reply to any emails.

You cannot speak to them on the phone - its an message service only.

Their address is a virtual office.

The website is part pf promotron dot com

Scam company

Scam company, ordered thermal lunch boxes for a football team, told 10-15 day turnaround, then pushed out to 30 days, no response by phone or email, we had to ring on a different number and were promised a refund. Still waiting, do not buy from this site

I made an order with the company for Lanyards

I made an order with the company for unprinted lanyards, and once payment was made, there has been no communication. I have sent multiple emails, called their number, and tried to engage with their chat. All have yielded no response.

For 3 days no emails were delivered - email doesn't exist.
No goods delivered, order cancelled, or refund given despite many requests.
No phonecalls answered - many message's left.
Website chat is automated - it has never once given an answer.
Online info form - No reply has yet been recieved.

This company does not appear to be trustworthy.

Awful Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery from Anything Branded

We made multiple purchases from Anything Branded in November 2023, initially enticed by their promising products and the attentive assistance of our contact, David Marie, and the company's Director. They were quick to send samples and appeared genuinely invested in ensuring a smooth transaction process.

However, our experience soon took a downturn. Despite assurances of a December delivery, our items failed to arrive. Subsequent promises for a February delivery also went unfulfilled, leaving us frustrated and disappointed.

Efforts to communicate with the company through emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages have been met with silence. It's alarming that despite our persistent attempts, we've received no response whatsoever.

To anyone considering purchasing from Anything Branded, we strongly advise against it. The appalling lack of customer service and the failure to uphold delivery commitments have left us questioning the reliability and professionalism of this company.

In conclusion, DO NOT buy from Anything Branded Our experience serves as an example and I hope no one else goes through his situation.
