I’ve been using AnyDesk for around 8 years without any issue. We had an issue with our licence renewal so reached out to support for assistance. Big mistake!
The agent tried to upsell, almost doubling the subscription quote, was argumentative and outright lied in their emails until presented with evidence to the contrary. There was no apology for a system error that caused our licence not to renew, the agent actually stated that he has nothing to be sorry about because it wasn’t his fault. Lacking the most basic customer service skills. Will be considering our ongoing commitment to AnyDesk if they think this treatment of loyal customers is justified.

Great software, horrible customer support
Our license expired, contact them for renewal as it was not working through website (kept getting error that the email already existed... well duh!) finally got sales, they promised to fix it.. but didn't... finally managed to upgrade myself to other license form, got an invoice for amount ex VAT, but they charged the credit card for amount including VAT... been trying to contact them for days to fix, but they keep ignoring me

This used to be a good company. The product is still quite excellent! However prior to the expiration of my one year contract, the products suddenly stopped working as if I had not paid my bill. It was still having two weeks remaining on the contract! But for whatever reason, it stopped working. My first thought was that_customer service, well, no operators were available! That was the first thing that really ticked me off. Then of course you move over to the crappy chat bots that they have. You know, I can never understand this, these big companies think that these chat bots are going to save themselves so much money! And they're going to cut all their support staff! I have news for you: a chat bot is supposed to provide information for the customer that wants to retrieve it on their own. It is not a substitute for actual support. Well my experience with the chat bot was that when I asked enough times to speak with a live person, that it just disconnected the chat. So here I am now trying to run a business, using their product that I have liked but it's completely cut off. When I started looking into the building, I realized that they still have my valid credit card and the contract is not even expired yet! I am unable to get a hold of anybody. What a poor customer experience! The problem now of course is that I'm not sure if they need to charge my card and another seven days or not! If they do they have no recourse as it says in their terms and conditions! So now I have to sit there and operate my business without this product because of their irresponsible policies. This could have been easily resolved with a real person in no time I'm quite sure, I don't understand what is going on with these companies these days with the poor customer service and leaving it all to AI chat bots it's absolutely such poor policy. I would avoid any desk at all costs moving forward, there are alternatives!

A Scammers tool. I was contacted by a company claiming to be Payback who had recovered my lost crypto funds and wanted to transfer it back to me. They asked me to load Anydesk and having read it was safe shared my code with them. The transferred the equivalent of £11,000 into my Wise account and then wanted me to log into my bank account claiming they would transfer the money from Wise Into my bank account. I knew I could do this myself without putting my bank details whilst on Anydesk. So I disconnected the internet and disconnected my phone with the people who claimed to be from Pay Desk and deleted Any Desk. I tried transferring part of the £11,000 I could see on my Wise account to my bank but it failed and timedout. I then accessed my Wise account using my phone and saw that as I had not installed AnyDesk on it that my account did not contain any money, whilst my labtop that Any desk had accessed showed my Wise account had £11,000. The program had been used to create a false page and had I gone ahead the scammers could have stolen the money in my bank account and created a false statement of transfer. Despite having removed Any desk from my computer it still shows me that I have £11,000 in my Wise account. I may need to re-install windows to a earlier time to get rid of the false screen.

The TeamViewer competidor that i have tested and liked. It is not very famous but does what it means to do
Cannot register due to timeout in app, and not receiving verification email from the webpage.
Cannot even submit a support ticket due to not having an account.
What a waste of time.
When a friend made me aware of AnyDesk - as valid alternative to TeamViewer - we enjoyed the experience where I could help in various personal computing remote help: interacting while seeing the issue demonstrated by my friend really helped to quickly find solutions.
Unfortunately - I got blocked after a period of frequent support (my friend has reached 'respectable age' and is forgetting more and more frequently how things are don on the PC...).
Apparently I am now no longer considered eligable for free use of AnyDesk.
After sending a request to be "whitelisted" I never got any reply from AnyDesk.
User Support ?
Please reply at least.
ps: in the mean time, I must turn to a competitive product ...
all was going well but now they want me to pay the double. I used for years a professional plan of anydesk taht's ok for my needs. My plan will expire in few days and they refuse to renew it at the usual price. This time they ask the double price! This is an absolutely malicious way of treating old customers and anydesk isn't worth $300 a year anyway. I will then have to switch to other software.

If there was a way to give negative stars, Anydesk would be the first on my list. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. It began with incessant calls from their sales team, pressuring me to open my computer and follow their instructions immediately. They claimed that hackers were on the verge of stealing my identity – a classic fearmongering tactic.
Despite my requests for time to think, they persisted aggressively. The situation escalated to the point where different representatives, including supervisors and team leaders, began snatching the phone from each other, each more insistent than the last. It felt like a well-rehearsed play designed to intimidate and confuse.
Their unprofessionalism peaked when I refused to comply with their demands. The conversation devolved into what I can only describe as the worst kind of street fight trash talk. It was shocking and completely unacceptable from a company claiming to provide a professional service.
I want to warn others about this predatory behavior. High-pressure sales tactics, fearmongering, and outright disrespect have no place in a legitimate business. I urge everyone to be cautious and think twice before engaging with Anydesk.

Some time before that was the best remote access app for me. Now that app making me furious. I bought a paid license, but AnyDesk not working, or working but crashing, escpecially when I try to use TCP-Tunnelling, which I need most time. Why they changed something if app worked good ? Why they touched and damaged that ? :/

at first when i was putting money into the scheme it was fine daily update investing ...but then asked for more money that i could not invest then no more daily contact ...i asked for a refund but all i got was promises to ring back nexy day..this did not happen

AnyDesk's support is terrible. I was chatting with a chatbot for a while, and then it told me that a support engineer would join the chat. However, after waiting for an hour, no one ever showed up. I also opened two support tickets, but no one bothered to respond to those either. This is the worst support I have ever experienced. It is pushing me to look for ways to replace AnyDesk as soon as possible.
I understand that AnyDesk is a popular product, and that their support team is probably very busy. However, this is no excuse for ignoring their customers. I am extremely disappointed with AnyDesk's support, and I would not recommend their product to anyone.
I wish I could attach a screenshot here, but it seems this is not possible.

I have been rung every day by this company. Sometimes three times a day. They should be careful how and when they call. They should arrange a time and date, not just call when they please. To me, this firm has been a thorn in my side. They should be reported to the authorities. They even rung when my carer was here.
