New Printer, Bad Part, Amazing Support and Service
I received a new printer that had a minor issue with the filament hub. Unfortunately, it ruined a handful of prints as I did some troubleshooting, but manufacturing defects are just part of the game. I reached out to Anycubic support, and they immediately responded. They identified a faulty part and sent a replacement. The printer is fantastic aside from that minor issue, but their service and support are even better.

I found what ever the problem they always try to help. your queries are prompt and always try to find a solution to the problem. It's difficult because they have no outlet here in Australia but the job still gets done. you just have to be patient.

The new flat support is now activated.
In any case, I had to add a washer myself because there was no way to level it without it.
Also because our washers are 0.5-1 mm. Why are the bolts different?

So I'm asking if it's normal for the two bolts to be so different?They took care of the problem. Unfortunately, after checking the assembly of the new plate, one of the Z-axis screws came loose. I hadn't checked because it arrived pre-assembled, according to them.

Good support = good experience
I bought a Kobra S1 Combo and have a few issues with it. If you take into account the time difference from myself (Tennessee, USA) to Anycubic, China, their customer support has been good. There's going to be a 24 - 48 delay between responses, but when they have determined I need a part under warranty, they confirm my address and details and ship the part right away. The parts typically get to me in 5-8 days. Which again considering it comes from half way around the planet is pretty good!
