Great products, many improvements compared to many printers I tested, with large access to the parts (hot-end easily removed) and innovations (garbage output for filament and extruder cleaning). But more over the hardware, great customer service and technical support when you need explanations !
Total nube
Total nube, and steep learning curve. Every missing item in the tech data was an obstacle for me to overcome. While at times we were talking past each other, the tech support never gave up, and patiently waited for me to catch up. A bad batch of filament unintentionally gave me early experience with all the features of the printer giving ‘broken filament’ indications, which in turn, gave me the opportunity to disassemble parts of the printer to clear them, and reassemble. The printer has a high level of automation, so worked well out of the box, and as I learned the basics, the results got even better. Only challenge is apparently, parts are held in China, and take long to arrive, so if your printer is down awaiting parts, the company is good about sending the parts out, and it can take a while. Yes, recommend this printer at an amazing price point. And even better, they offer refurbished units for most excellent prices.
If I could leave zero stars
If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is your typical nightmare review. The first Anycubic I bought directly from their site just stopped working. I replaced four nozzles, but the issue persisted. I contacted warranty support, but they went back and forth with me for weeks, refusing to replace it. They basically expected me to rebuild the machine from scratch. I followed every QR code tutorial and requirement, but nothing worked. I eventually gave up and threw it away.
I decided to give them another shot and bought one from Amazon. I used the ACE from my previous purchase, but feeders 2 and 3 failed immediately. After trying to fix those, feeder 1 also "retired." Now, the entire brand-new printer has given up as well. At this point, I’ve done so many repairs I could probably build a 3D printer from scratch. I am absolutely done with this terrible product and will be switching to a different brand.
Super fast response from customer service
I thought I had a problem with my printer, so I reported it at customer service. They responded within a couple of hours with a solution. In the end, I was able to solve it myself, but I’m convinced that if I stumble upon a problem I can’t fix myself, I can rely on the same customer service I experienced this time. Big thumbs up!

The support staff was great
The support staff was great , they knew the machine and everything about it. Was able to get every part that I needed and was prompt on the communication to get the problem solved fast! Parts were sent out and my machine is back up and running! Great experience with the support team!

I don't even want to give even one star for this company,I bought a photon mono 4 printer four weeks ago and I still haven't received it, I left specific instructions for the courier not to leave it unattended because of parcel thieves i said if there is no answer from me which is very rare to leave my order at the local 11ELEVEN shop which didn't happen,I've been sending numerous emails to anycubic to get my money back and they are not replying all I've been getting is a run around I've had more replays off the delivery company EVRI who have basically washed their hands of my issue even though it's their fault, I have been royally robbed and ripped off ! I just don't know what to do,theyve robbed me of £152.00. I haven't got a lot of money, it took me 3 months to save up and all I've got is Absolutely no email ,no refund so I've paid £152 for nothing,all I can say to you all please please be careful with this so called business JUST DONT USE THEM even the 5 star reviews shown here,don't trust them either because I'm sure they are fake reviews there is no way this company reserves over three stars,they are untrustworthy,they will not reply especially for refunds, I am now in the process of reporting this to trading standards,and start legal proceedings this is simply not fair,they totally ripped me off, if there is anyone out there that could help me I'd be very grateful, I am registered as a vunerable person with severe mental disabilities due to a bit and run accident which left me with frontal lobe cortex damage and this has left me feeling very hurt and robbed,I bought this printer as part of my rehabilitation and all its is left me serverly depressed and hurt, companies like anycubic need to be stopped as the way treated me has left me feeling on the brink of suicidal thoughts, all I want is what they owe me ,I just want my money back off these THEIVES they have to be stopped

Kobra x printer
I ordered the Kobra x printer. It arrived with only part of my shipment. I had issues with the printer after the first print and contacted them immediately. I contacted customer service with no luck and technical support with nothing. Several weeks go by and I find the ticket was just closed with no explanation what so ever. I write several reviews on their website to find none of them actually get posted. (Because they are bad reviews.) they have the worst customer interaction I have ever seen. I should have bought a Bambu printer. Yea sure all the YouTubers received their printers and miraculously never had issues. Don’t expect to receive any help if you need it from Anycubic.

so far I enjoy making 3d models. in the mean time, I faced some errors and issues that I was not able to resolve by myself. and some of parts are broken due to user error or device malfunction. Whenever I reach out to customer service, they always respond within 24hrs. no matter it is weekends or holidays. They always come with some solution for me to try, and if not, suggesting other options and even provide the replacement parts for free. I am really satisfied with their response

Been waiting for weeks for a shipping label and full refund. They said they would refund if I didn't want to keep the machine and totally ghosted me when I confirmed I wanted a return and refund.

Obi, whom attended my ticket, replied in lightning fast speeds, from 5-15 minutes to each of my reply.
They immediately issued me a replacement printer head seeing as mine didn't last long before a major clog under the aluminum block.
And, they've prioritized the shipping of the part as well, arriving in 3-10 days.

My experience with Anycubic has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I placed my order with a promised shipping date in March. Since then, the date has been repeatedly pushed back (April, then May, and still no confirmed timeline). There is zero reliability in anything they communicate.
I have contacted support more than 10 times and every response is the same copy-paste message with updated dates. There is no real support, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. It feels like you are talking to a bot, not a company.
What makes this worse is that they continue running promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to attract new customers, while existing orders remain unfulfilled. This is completely unacceptable.
As a business customer, this has directly affected my work and planning. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers and hiding behind automated replies is not acceptable behavior.
At this point, this is not just a delay issue — it is a serious failure in customer service and company management.
I strongly advise anyone who depends on reliable delivery and professional support to avoid this company
