Keep an eye on your spam folder

Anycubic responds pretty quick and I almost missed it keep an eye out for an email labeled support in your email and spam box . I recently had an issue with my new printer and they sent the email responding and I missed it because I didn't look closely enough at my spam folder and i didn't see it until their email closing the ticket but they were still willing to work with me and more than willing to honor my service request under my warranty

I got a damaged resin printer… but

I got a damaged resin printer (probably through transit), but the support I received from Gavin on the support team was great! They sent me a new piece and simple instructions on how to replace it. This level of support was the main reason I have decided to purchase a new Anycubic printer to replace my main FDM printer (different brand).

Anycubic support was a great help…

Anycubic support was a great help fixing my Ace Pro! I have a Kobra S1 combo that started having an issue with the Ace pro. I reached out in August 2025 when the support team advised me that I would need to replace the ptc heaters, which they sent to me free of charge. I then didn't get a chance to install them until last month March 2026. Found out that I still had the same abnormal heating error after replacing. I reached out again and they promptly sent out a replacement motherboard free of cost.

⚠️ Total Disaster – Wrong Products, Damaged Machine, Missing Items and ZERO Customer Support ⚠️

I rarely leave reviews this negative, but this experience with Anycubic has been absolutely unacceptable.

This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst purchasing experiences we have ever had as a business. We ordered a Wash & Cure Max, clearly indicated both on the website and in the order confirmation, yet we received the wrong machine. As if that were not enough, the M7 Max printer arrived damaged, and part of the order has never even been delivered.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is the complete absence of effective customer support. For over three weeks we have been opening tickets and sending emails, only to receive either no response at all or generic, repetitive replies that do nothing to resolve the issue. It feels like talking to a wall.

This is not just an inconvenience — it is causing us real financial loss and a significant waste of time. As a business, we rely on professionalism and reliability, and Anycubic has completely failed on both fronts.

The level of disappointment and frustration we feel is extremely high. We feel ignored, let down, and honestly quite angry at how this entire situation has been handled.

We strongly recommend that potential customers think twice before purchasing from Anycubic. Be very careful, because if something goes wrong, you may find yourself without any real support or solution.

A wonderful company

A wonderful company. They have been so great with helping me with issues they come up and giving step by step instructions with videos or images. They have wonderful customer service and fast shipping for items that need replacement. Anycubic been the best company for my 3d printer that I have came across.

Customer Service has been Outstanding

Customer Service has been outstanding. The products aren't always perfect but when I've contacted Anycubic for support they have been extremely helpful and often generous with replacement parts. Great company.

I just got the kobra max 3 with the ace…

I just got the kobra max 3 with the ace pro system and even though I purchased it from Amazon anycubic gave me excellent customer service when I started having issues with it. I do have another 3d printer from another manufacturer and could not get any help with the printer it was really nice to find a company that stands behind their products.

Gavin with Anycubic support was great…

Gavin with Anycubic support was great to communicate with both on the website and in my email. I had a broken LCD screen on my Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Max and after talking with Gavin he was able to help me get a new parts kit for my printer. Due to my printer being quite new I was able to get these parts no problem, and I was also able to install them myself. Anycubic support was excellent, you just have to be a little patient.
