Very happy with the after-sales service…
Very happy with the after-sales service for my Anycubic Kobra X. The printer failed early on, but support responded quickly with clear solutions. They have already processed the shipment for the replacement parts (motor and cable). 10/10 warranty service.

Canada Vancouver
First of all I'm in Canada Vancouver, Got my 1st 3d printer Kobra X, love it great printer. Broke a part of the print head. The best is go to after sale service much faster than the AI assist which took 3 days to get back on me. Mark help me a lot the day after I send the ticket, got me the chip only thing is that it took almost a month to get to me since it came from China. Over all service was great
Very good product
Very good product, I buy Kobra 3 max combo and I'm very happy for the choice, the printer is very good. I love it. I have a led from the pro ace doesn't work, theam from anycubic they send me a new one with all the steps for change it. The deliver was quick, 1 week max for 5 package.10 stars for anycubic!!!
I had great results with your help in getting my printers working just too long waiting for parts
I had great results with your help in parts and information to get my printers working. But I am not with my Kobra SA1 Combo. I had many errors and it took a very long time for the part replacements to come in. I did receive 2 Kgs of PETG filament for one problem but not the second problem. I wish I did as the printer was idle for a long time. Your advise, pictures and support was THE BEST!

The support team was knowledgeable and were able to help diagnose the problem and provide the part to get my printer up and running
Happy Printer
Had an issue with my printer, notified anycubic and they responded in less than 24 hours with a solution to the problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 STARS from me to the service and sales team THANK YOU!!!
Disgusting support
If we talk only about the printer, it would be 5 stars. But the support is terrible.
My printer broke after only 5 days of use. I contacted support to resolve the issue, and they sent replacement parts. However, those parts were taxed, and I was informed that I would have to pay for them myself.
This is absurd. It is unacceptable to make a customer wait more than 20 days to solve a problem involving a brand-new printer, especially when the defect appeared after only a few days of normal use. On top of that, expecting me to pay extra for replacement parts is completely unfair.
The problem was not caused by me. It is clearly a product defect, and the responsibility for the repair costs should not be placed on the customer. I should not have to spend more money or wait this long just to have a new printer working properly.
A delay of more than 20 days is already unacceptable. Requiring me to pay for parts needed to fix a defective product makes the support experience even worse.
I expect an immediate and fair solution, with no additional cost to me.
Honest review of my Anycubic Kobra S1…
I’ve been running the Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo for a while now, and I’ve got to say—it’s been a seriously impressive bit of kit.
Straight out of the box, the setup was straightforward and user-friendly, which is always a win.
The build quality feels solid and well thought out, and it shows in the prints. I’ve been consistently getting clean, accurate results with great detail, even on more complex models.
I have also compared this against other large branded printers that I posses and this is on par in some cases out performs them.
Layer adhesion is spot on, and the surface finish is far better than I expected, I also use aftermarket build plates and again they are faultless.
What really stands out though is the aftercare and support. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed guidance, the response has been quick, helpful, and genuinely focused on resolving the issue rather than just ticking a box. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you’re relying on your printer regularly.
All in all, the Kobra S1 Combo (and no doubt other models but I can't comment as I don't possess them) delivers on both performance and reliability, backed up by a support team that actually cares. It’s been a great investment for me and would be also if you are a hobbyist or using it for more serious projects.

Anycubic took the time to listen to what the actual problems were with my machines and send the correct parts to fix them. Overall great experience and happy printers.
Slow, but effective!
I got a Kobra X on pre-order and ended up having some weak solder on the gear sensor board that caused a break in the connection. It took almost a week for a response to my ticket (I know they're super busy right now), but as soon as they did, they were sending out a new gear sensor for me! So overall, a little more active communication (even if they can't immediately act) would be great, but I'm happy!
Great service
Great service, in a timely manner. Take pictures and describe the situation precisely and with mutual respect. Recommended
AnyCubic Photon P1 poor customer service
AnyCubic Photon P1 seems to be a very good machine, though I’ve only had it for about 2 weeks and used it a couple of times to print parts. The problem is their customer support. None responsive. Also, their slicer software, Workshop 4.1.5. I contacted AnyCubic about the slicer not having all the functions as seen on their user manual. So far I’ve not had a reply to my emails, after contacting them twice. Also, there seems to be a problem when importing an STL file. The part loads at a much smaller scale than the original size. Not a problem when importing that same file in Bambu Labs Studio. Yet, there is nowhere within Workshop to make configuration changes, to ensure importing a STL file to scale. I’ve also encountered other problems with the software to lengthy to list here.
I feel I made a major mistake involving myself with this company, and regret buying anything from this company.
Update to my comment above.
I've found that what is on AnyCubic's Wiki is not what you see in front of you. I'm referring to the software. The Wiki show a user interface that is completely different from the actual software's user interface on my PC. I have version 4.1.5 installed. It seems as though AnyCubic is very slow at updating their online user manual.
I'm also experiencing another problem with AnyCubic, very slow shipping. I ordered two resin vats for my printer. That was on the 9th of April. As I write this it is the 22nd of April. When I made the order it was indicated that it will take 7-12 days for delivery. I've checked the tracking on my order but there's nothing there except that the courier has received it. No other updates, no information as to where my order is. Nothing!!! I'm now thinking it's lost, or stolen.
Never again!
Update to my updated.
The items I’ve been waiting for since making my order on 9 April, as of 22 April, are still in China!! I finally got an update after waiting 12 days for one. I guess, based on how long this is taking, I might see my order sometime next month, or maybe not at all?
And just think, I was seriously thinking of buying a Photon P1 Max. I’m now looking at other SLA 3D printer manufacturers instead.

Excellent service and solid products
We recently bought our second Anycubic printer, a Kobra S1, and are very happy with its performance so far. Features are fantastic for its price, and very reliable. Before this, we had an Anycubic i3 printer, and it stood up perfectly to six years of moderate use and is still working. Their support team is very good - responds in good time and always helpful. I would not hesitate to buy further printers and materials from Anycubic in the future.

I've had the same problem for over 8 months.
They have given me wrong parts, older revisions of parts that didn't work, and don't actually help solve the issue, just give spare parts and hope something works.
They do not communicate well and taking a whole day for an answer to an email just to wait 1-2 weeks for the same parts that don't work is very frustrating.

Quick and professional customer service
Got my Kobra X and the Silicone rubber fell off and cracked. Wrote support and they answered within 24 hours. 24 hours after they had sent me new spare part. No questions asked, quick response!
It has been brilliant
It has been brilliant. The product works well, but most importantly the support behind it is incredibly fast. Could not be happier with the way Anycubic's engineers helped me out with a mirror replacement for my M7 Pro. They even sent out the part immediately in order for it to arrive quickly to me in Europe.
