Kobra X is a great printer

I bought the Kobra X in February (in fact I bought 2) for $279 each. So far I’m very pleased with the ‘X’. Prints look great and the printer is extremely quiet. I have the ACE2 Pro for 7 color printing. Works great! Support has been very responsive. Anycubic has a winner with the Kobra X!

My ACE Pro unit is missing a spring

My ACE Pro unit is missing a spring, but it’s not
a big deal; sometimes it doesn’t even notice that there’s no filament.
Support resolved the issue within two days by
sending a replacement part without any fuss. And they’ve already shipped the
package. I didn’t have to explain anything. We saved a lot of
energy.

Happy owner of Kobra X here

Happy owner of Kobra X here. Shipped swiftly from a warehouse in Germany. The printer assembly was straight forward and can report the printer build quality is great. Prints are coming out prestine and software is top notch based on Orca like other market leaders. Keep up the good work Anycubic!

Great Tech Support...Mediocre Product So Far

I received the Kobra X, which was printing absolutely amazing projects out of the box. In less than a month, the hot end assembly needed to be replaced. I received the replacement quite quickly, and installed it per the wiki, and now I'm having clogging issues with positions 3 and 4...which seem just fine when purging filament. David at tech support was very prompt with my first issue, though I'm wondering what else is going to go wrong on this, and how to fix it without telling Anycubic to just send another toolhead assembly...

Kobra S1 + Kobra X

My first printer was a Kobra S1. It has been a great workhorse but has had some teething issues. The thing that has kept me invested has been the support. I have been dealing with the support over issues that have been mostly self inflicted and the quality of support has been incredible. Every part along every step of the way that i have needed has been replaced promptly without hesitation. These machines can be very frustrating when they go wrong, so its easy to get angry and blame the product, but the support has been so positive and made me optimistic enough about the brand itself that i have since bought a Kobra X to go alongside the S1. The quality of the Kobra X has shown how far this company has come since the S1 launch. Would be hard pressed to find much better value for money.

Kobra 3V2 S1 Combo power issue

I purchased a Kobra 3V2 S1 Combo printer which was producing very good prints. After 4 months the printer stopped working mid print with what appeared to be lack of power. After contacting Anycubic support I received a reply within 24 hours giving a series of things to check which would identify the problem. This turned out to be a fault with the power supply on the printer. Without any argument, a replacement power supply was shipped to me without charge under warranty. Replacing the unit was easy following the instructions on the Anycubic Wiki webiste and my printer is working fine again

Admitted manufacturing defect – No spare parts – Only offered $20 for a $440 machine!

I am extremely disappointed with Anycubic's support. I bought a printer for $440, which has now become useless due to a stripped screw in the FEP frame. Anycubic Support has explicitly admitted in writing that this is a manufacturing defect. However, because the model is discontinued, they claim they have no spare parts and cannot fix it. Instead of a proper solution or a replacement part, they tried to brush me off with a measly $20 coupon. It is unacceptable that a $440 machine becomes e-waste after only 1.5 years due to a defect they caused themselves. Anycubic should stand by their products and provide a fair solution when a manufacturing error is identified—not just offer a tiny discount for a new purchase. I am still waiting for a reasonable resolution.

Great tech support team, knows there products …

I have had to use there tech 2 times now and both times there tech has been above and beyond to help. This last time Jeffery helped me with my S1 combo with retraction trouble codes. He was able to view my videos and pictures and then able to find the problem fast, he sent me a link to purchase the correct parts, I give a five star for the best tech support I have used in a long time. Thanks for reading

Anycubic get's a 97% from me.

I have been an Anycubic customer for a few years now, and every time I've had an issue their support team was quick to resond (they are in China, so take a 1 to 2 day window into consideration, depending on the time you submit your issue), and went above expectations to solve my issues. They have excellent equipment for the price, and when tuned in and maintained properly, they rival any other 3D printer out there.

So overly thankful

My printer messed up about a month in to setting it up, I am pretty sure it was due to user error, but Suarez with the support team has helped me and sent me replacement parts every step of the way. I love this printer and am thankful for the support given.

I had accidentally broke the signal…

I had accidentally broke the signal cable on my Kobra S1 combo, looked around for a replacement. Couldn’t find one, So I contacted the Anycubic support, they had sent me a new cable at a very reasonable price. Thank you

Over time, I encountered several technical issues with my Kobra S1 Combo and ACE Pro system. Multiple components had to be replaced, and I probably disassembled and reassembled the printer more often than originally planned.

However, what really stood out throughout the entire process was the support team — especially Obi from the Anycubic support team.

Even when the troubleshooting became complicated and stretched over a long period of time, the communication always remained friendly, patient, and solution-oriented. The support team continued helping step by step, reviewed videos and log files, arranged replacement parts, and stayed engaged until problems were resolved.

At this point, I honestly feel like I could open an Anycubic repair center in Germany myself 😄

Despite the technical challenges, I still think the overall price-performance ratio of Anycubic products is very good, and the support experience left a positive impression on me.

Thank you to Obi and the entire Anycubic support team for the continued patience and assistance throughout this process.

Anycubic's technical support and warranty service is excellent. They respond quickly (keeping in mind that there is a significant time difference), they are professional, and their English is excellent. Very highly recommended!

Anycubic Support is #1

Anycubic support is one of the biggest reasons I have now purchased five of their printers. Their team is quick to respond, detailed in their troubleshooting, and genuinely committed to making sure the issue gets resolved. Whether they help you diagnose and fix the problem yourself, send replacement parts, or provide a replacement when needed, they stand behind their products.

I have run into my share of issues over hundreds of hours of printing, but Anycubic has always worked with me until the problem was fixed. For that reason, they have earned my loyalty as a customer.
