I am sorry to learn of your negative feedback. Our warehouse do take diligence packing and shipping our products, however, as LED tubes are quite fragile, damage can happen in transit.

Easy to order and (usually) fast delivery - I did have a delivery issue with the last order which went missing, but the Any Lamp people sorted it out quickly and they did eventually arrive. They are my 'go to' supplier for lamps for my business park.

I can see that the order was shipped on Thursday 23/01/2025 and was delivered on Monday 27/01/2025. Our website does state that all orders can take up to 3-6 business days to deliver.

As far as I can see, DPD delivered your order within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Nevertheless, I apologise for your dissatisfaction.
