Front moto tire still not delivered after 19 days
It' been 19 days and my front tire still is not delivered. Only the rear one arrived after 5 days. It's also difficult to cancel an order, you have to "talk" to an AI robot, open a ticket on "My Orders" and wait for some actual person to initiate the procedure.
Later edit: it seems that my adress was written incomplete by the expeditor and the courier was not able to deliver the parcel, since there was no street, street number or phone.
Anvelopelider claimed that if I want a refund, they will still charge me 30 Euro for "incomplete adress", even though I made one purchase, one payment and I wrote one adress for delivery! That's why the rear tire arrived in 5 days.
And now they ask me for scans of electricity/cable bills for proof of adress! What if I wanted the package delivered to a different adress? So I have to pay 30 Euros extra for their mistakes! And now I have to drive for a 2 hour roundtrip outside town to the courier headquorters to retrieve my parcel, eventhough they could update my adress and deliver it to my home!
I will avoid this shop from now on and will warn others. I have proof of conversations, printscreens, reciepts etc.

Very bad experience
⚠️ Very bad experience – DO NOT recommend!
I placed an order on March 13th, and the website showed an estimated delivery time of around 5 days. It has now been over 2 weeks and the order hasn’t even been shipped – there is no clear status, no updates at all.
If you look deeper into their terms and conditions, you find out they actually reserve up to 30 days for delivery, and the “in stock” label is only informative. Basically, what you see on the product page does not reflect reality.
On top of that, they mention a 150 RON cancellation fee, which is completely unreasonable, especially since the order hasn’t even been dispatched.
Communication is poor, information is misleading, and the overall experience is frustrating.
I do NOT recommend buying from this site if you need your order quickly or expect transparency.
Choose a more reliable store instead.
