We’re really sorry about this. We’re not sure what has happened here, but your order (Black Lightweight Travel Backpack) notification email was not sent through to us. We’ve just checked the backend system and can see your order showing there.

However, we haven’t received any emails from you at all, which is very strange. Could you please email us directly at info@antitheftbags.co.uk
? I’ve just sent a test email to that address and it is working correctly, as it’s our main account.

Now that we’ve located your order in the system, we’ll get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
