Took it away on holiday by day 2 a…

Took it away on holiday by day 2 a hole had apeared in the side where the handel and zip meet . It had ripped and frayed.

Bag fell apart after 1 use

I bought a laptop bag from this company and it completely fell apart after the first use. The zip broke and the shoulder straps started tearing off. I sent a message to the company but didn’t hear back. Waste of money

Next day delivery - not next day.

I ordered the item at 9:30am on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery. Site stated that if ordered before 10am item would be delvered next day. Item arrived some point after 9am on the Saturday. I dont know the time as I left home at 9am to attend the event I had ordered the item for. Had to purchase a similar item on way to the event I was going too. Package when opened had no paperwork or returns info. So have a item I no longer need and no info on how to return. Can not comment on the product as its still in its packaging. All I can say is I order a plain branded item and the one recieved has "Sport" branding on it.

It’s not the quality I was hoping for…

It’s not the quality I was hoping for and it’s much smaller than I expected but it is pretty and perfect for my niece just for me personally way too small.

It would have been less stressful if all details had been given to me in their first response.
