Fast postage but unfortunately the item was nothing like the description. I emailed the company for a refund but they only offered me a 30% refund. I emailed them twice afterwards and never got a reply back. I opened a case with paypal and got my full refund. Avoid at all cost. I followed the reviews on their website and I was scammed.

Not even worth one star.
The plastic huge teeth were way too big, wouldn't mold in hot water, emailed to get refund, they offered 30% and keep teeth, I said teeth are going in bin. Still only offered 30% I asked for 50% but they refused.
Disgusting company.

The operating manual was extremely basic. I believe my product is faulty and the company refuse to refund me as it’s exceeded their 14 days returns policy. I have been deflected 3 times and some of the replies were offensive and very patronising. No apologies. They certainly do not want to sort this. Currently talking to Trading Standards regarding having a faulty product.

I would give this company a zero if there was, I sent the item back as a special delivery, and 3 weeks past and still nothing. Same emails over again saying " we will refund you as soon as we receive it".... TOTAL EXCUSE.Never buy from China again.

Completely a fraud company purchase was appalling supposed to get refund never received emailed about refund and reply was stop sending me stupid emails go ask someone else. So avoid at all cost it’s a scam with the worst customer service and they just steal your money

What a load of crap don't be fooled I know sometimes we make bad decisions when desperate, but under no circumstances purchase these you will!!!!!! Be wasting your money, buy the one's from the joke shop at least they will fit better, I'm not sure where they got these 5 star reviews from, unless they got a totally different product to me and others on this site.

Well even one star is to much for this item what a load of sh-- you can tell its cheap China crap nothing like teeth and no instructions.

Please avoid at all costs. Does not appear a legitimate business, sent me some cheaply made chinese device which did not work properly and denied a refund. Had to open a pay pal case and alerted pay pal it is a rogue trader. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! P.s. UK companies house containts the information on the owner registered under company name Horizon 2.0. Reported to Action Fraud and will report other agencies.

after reading so many negative reviews about others experience with this scam company.
i have contacted my MP to help.
i suggested every one who has been robbed of there hard earn money should do the same.
lets get these scam artist off the Internet and hold them responsible for robbing others.

This Company sells cheap goods at vastly inflated prices, offering supposedly attractive discounts even then making huge profit margins. They provide little or no documentation and when things go wrong (as they will), confuse and obfuscate in their email correspondence.

Purchased wild life camera as Xmas present. Product defective. Contacted vendor by email as there is no uk tel number and asked for refund or replacement.they deliberately confused their return policy with goods not fit for purchase and ignored their obligation under the consumer rights act. BEWARE !

Avoid at all costs. They are a con. Purchased a camera which did not work and used PayPal. Contacted the seller who eventually sent me a returns label. Returned the item to Ilford, Essex but was told by PayPal no refund as the item should have been shipped to Morocco as per the sellers request. Provided PayPal with all the evidence of my return and proof they had recieved it but still no refund. This company and PayPal a complete let down.

Item purchased for Xmas 2021 received promptly and no issues with purchase.

However Jan 2022 discovered product was faulty, followed the contact us refund procedure on their website and had no response from company. Tried telephone number and the number goes straight to a voicemail. Website states 24/7 customer service. Received a response eventually with numerous emails back and forth and was eventually told in writing that they don't care about the consumers right act and would not be refunding the faulty item they have provided.
