I just checked in our email contact and could see that I had provided you with the information you needed for the return this morning.

It may indeed be correct that you cannot create a return label yourself, we always have to provide customers with a return label if they are resident in Germany.

This can indeed sometimes cause some confusion!

Excellent

It is the first time I have ordered from Anthony's Kicks and I am so pleased with them. It was a backorder that arrived very fast, great quality, very helpful customer service. Highly recommended.

Sad Experience

The order I've placed can't be traced on the webshop. To have a delivery date or a tracking I had to send an email. Their feed-back has been quick but blurry.
Later the delivery has been confirmed, scheduled... Then sadly postponed without advice and NO info about the real delivery have been comunicated yet.
I am still waiting for it.
The comunications are done only in Dutch and German.
No English at all.
I have received the email to evaluete their service before even knowing when my order will be delivered. How could I provide a good rating?
These are too many sad and bad situations to provide a better evaluation.
I only hope I will receive what I have paid for.

Thank you for your review.

I just took a quick look at your order and can see that your order did indeed take a little longer, this was due to the fact that your order was a backorder.

A back order means that we did not have the shoes in stock when you placed the order and so had to arrange for you, arranging the shoes can take 1-9 business days

The shoes were arranged within 6 days and then they were sent to you immediately, through the tracking I can see that you received them as well.

No Reply at all!

I was not able to generate a return label via their website and the shop did not reply to three messages I sent. The customer service is very bad. Don't buy at Anthony´s Kicks!

It may indeed be true that you cannot create a return label, we have to send it to customers living in Germany.

I have just checked and if it is correct we had forwarded you a return label, you can then use this for returning.

Once we have the shoes in here we will check them, once this is done we will refund you as soon as possible.

Jordan 4 Retro

We ordered a pair of Jordan 4 Retro SE Craft Medium Olive on January 4th.
Today, January 10, we received the shoes.
Perfect in the box, perfect communication via email, ... everything as expected.
It was our first time placing an order via this website.
It was a bit of an anxious wait, but actually unjustified.
Our son is very happy with it!!
