It is unacceptable that the fee was charged even though I canceled my subscription. I was also dissatisfied with the service provided. The AI-generated articles are inadequate. Therefore, I’m giving it 3 stars.
I started a free trial for the 1-month plan and then I was not satisfied with the service and canceled it on their website. Although I canceled my subscription on their website (the cancellation here only appears to us, there is nothing they send to stripe in the background and therefore the subscription remains active in stripe) money was withdrawn from my account. absolutely fraud. never use this service.

Terrible application, nothing works. I signed for the free trial and they charged my immediately and they is no way to cancel the plan, only to cancel fully the account. No support email, nothing.
It is basically a scam, stay away from this people.

Answerthepublic and Ubbersuggest is shit. When you're using the free plan it's all good but the moment to you pay for lifetime, you're left with a dead tool.
Answerthepublic dashboard use to have structure and organization, you could see questions people are asking and the volume but now it's all messed up. None of that is visible just a list of organic search now without any clarification of what the question is.
Then the dashboard became very slow and unorganized. I don't even know where to find information anymore with this crap I'm left with. This is waste of money.
Trying to force me to use their content schedule. Answer the public is for keyword research and to understand what people are searching not to create content schedule.

Dashboard is messy. Not the best - other applications available that provide the same or better information with better layouts. Cancelled my subscription but was still charged even hen I contacted support.

Intended to sign up for their offer of a 7 day free trial, but was charged $160 for the entire year up front and DID NOT receive any free trial. Once I noticed I was charged, I canceled the account and emailed their support. Received response from Anush Ohanyan stating that the free trial was only offered for the monthly subscription. It wasn't my intention to sign up for annually but it's selected as default I'm sure intentionally so people fall into their NO REFUND policy. I've never ran across a company with such poor customer service. Hope this helps prevent someone from doing the same and being stuck with them for a year. And yes, I maybe should have read the fine print or investigated the 7 day free trial before submitting payment, but who only offers it to monthly subscriptions?? Why isn't it applicable to both payment options, AND if the account wasn't even used (literally didn't even run a search yet, and canceled immediately) who wouldn't say, "honest mistake" ok we'll issue a refund.
