I have used AnswerForce for my law office intake for several years. They provide excellent and seamless service. Most people don’t even realize they are “just” my answering service. Kelly O is a perfect example of what I want in a account manager. She is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and professional. She makes suggestions for improvement without being pushy. She made recommendations based on what my company truly needs instead the highest priced option. I am sorry to the rest of the support team that I will never meet you; Kelly made such a positive impression I will not work with anyone else. Why settle for anything less than perfection?
If I must point out an area of improvement for Answerforce as a whole it would be: I wish the agents were a tiny bit less robotic and more conversational. I know it is important to follow a script but I wish there were a middle ground of actively listening to my customers calls and acknowledging a concern before jumping into a script. This is a stretch and wishful thinking.
I wish I could use my existing number for texting! Make this happen!

At first, the setup emails are not hitting my email inbox, I was very frustrated.
I kept calling them, and email them, we ended up getting ahold of and get connected from the emails coming later a few hours.
Had my RingCentral set up back and forth between them without a conference call. It took forever, but, we get it done.
The entire team is there for us.
