Answer Connect supply an excellent service. When they begin working with you they put in lots of time refining the script to get you the best results when you go live. They are really easy to contact to make amendments to the script and keep in contact to check how things are going. The calls are answered consistently and effectively.

We have been monitoring our call handling for some time .I must admit I am very impressed with the service AnswerConnect provides for us.All operators have been handling calls for Drain Doctor Aberdeen on a very high professional level.There were few calls when the operators did not have the right keyword to work with ,but they used a common sense and made sure a customer is satisfied with the answer.I will be honest the people outside our company and supply chain would not have a clue what those keywords actually mean. The operators acted as if they are very familiar with the above mentioned concepts.They were not confused they just acted normal.That was superb .They were also magnifison while handled straight forward calls
