Still have not received the order after 5 weeks

Still have not received the order I placed five weeks ago. Attempts to contact customer services were ignored until an 'update' over two weeks ago which stated that the order was delayed in customs and was running a week late - still no sign of the order.

Terrible service

Still have not received order or…

Still have not received order or confirmation shipping almost 2 weeks after placing the order! Then get an email to review the products I purchased. Very poor customer service and very disappointed as I have previously order from AV and love their products but this puts me off ordering again!

I haven’t received my orders I placed…

I haven’t received my orders I placed one on the 15th November and one on the 20th haven’t received them yet, have tried to email and the address isn’t working, I have also message on Instagram.

Taken my money, yet to be refunded back!

Awful company! I would avoid. I have sent my items back and awaiting a refund months still nothing. Everytime you email it comes back undelivered contacted them a number of times on social media still with nothing. I would avoid this company at all costs!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

After waiting 2 months for my items (I’m still waiting), this is the 4th email I have sent to AV!

Thanks for responding so quickly but I have to say I’m losing my patience with this now, I’ve had to constantly chase you on this (I’ve never had any forthcoming emails from you, it’s always me who has had to get in contact) and I honestly feel like each email you send contradicts the last one! In your last email you said shipping would be on Wednesday with NDD but now in this email you’re telling me shipping will be within a few days, which is it and why do you keep giving me false information??
I’m really not happy with the conduct of Another Version, throughout this whole process, and I feel that your offer to refund me £3.99 shipping was diabolical, yes I accepted it as my items were just a week or so late but fast forward 2 months and still I have nothing and each email promises something that you never deliver! I’m leaving you a negative review on Trustpilot, although I’ve just had a quick look and can see that most of your reviews are terrible and you’re coming up with the same excuses for all of your other customers too!
I’m shocked at the bad experience I’ve had with you this time round as I’ve ordered from AV a few times and never have I ever had to wait such a ridiculous amount of time!
Safe to say I won’t be using your company again so please have my items delivered on a NDD ASAP!

I ordered from them as I have a few times and my items have arrived quickly, this time however, is a completely different story!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. After weeks of waiting for my items, I was told they were on a “break” which after reading these reviews I assume means they’re in hiding! Just wish I looked here first before throwing my hard earned cash at the idiots behind this brand. Not only after taking my money, I was left with no leggings or top! I asked for a refund as 6 weeks had went by but I got ignored, so raised a dispute with my bank and I am still awaiting the outcome. I just hope this review helps someone else and prevents the same thing happening to some other innocent person. Please be careful who you choose to shop with and do your research. I find it even more annoying that influencers showcase this brand on large social media platforms without knowledge of any of this happening to the honest hardworking people that fall it. Disgusting.

Great quality and customer service

My experience with AV has been wonderful. I ordered the wrap top in brown. The top is great quality and fits like second skin. I did originally order a size S (being a size 8-10) but it was a little snug so returned for a M which fits really well. Customer service was phenomenal. Looking forward to my next purchase.

Ordered a hoodie 15th of May still not received told beginning of June it would be 2/4 weeks. Still not received. Emailed 2 weeks ago no reply still. Sent a pair of leggings back 2 weeks ago tracking confirmed delivered and no refund

Why does nobody reply?

Please do your research before ordering - I feel let down by this company 😡 Just like the previous reviewer summarised, I agree that things have declined with customer service, whereas last year I had a pleasant experience when I reached out; but now I can’t even get a basic automated courteous reply! My item is faulty and the stitching is all coming away, there is no way these are worth the money I paid please can someone help me ?????

If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I don’t know what’s happened to the customer service! I can’t even get a reply to my messages and my DMs are being ignored I just want a refund for my return you received back in February!

It’s a shame I am having to write this to be heard!! Especially as last year I reached out due to receiving faulty leggings and a wonderful young lady called Courtney helped me out with my issue and offered a prompt resolution. Courtney can you help me here ?

It's my favorite shop for every day…

It's my favorite shop for every day essentials. The Shirts and Leggings are amazing. The quality is incredible. Love the joggers too. Can't say one bad thing about the shop.

I wished I would have look at reviews…

I wished I would have look at reviews before ever ordering from another version. I purchased a zip up hoodie, it took forever to get to me, when it finally did, it fit really weird, so I needed to send it back. I had to request a return, they sent me an approval for the return with an address that DID NOT CONTAIN A CITY, STATE OR COUNTRY. Its been 2 days since I have emailed requesting the correct "returns" address and I have heard nothing back.

3 weeks and still haven't received my order

Quality is good but this is easy overlooked by the very poor customer service. I ordered my item 3 weeks ago and have had no proper update as to when I can expect it. This is the second time I've experiencing a long delay after purchasing and it will be the last. Really not worth it when you can find good quality elsewhere.
