My husband and I were very satisfied with the service which was tailored to our needs. After having a bad experience from another financial advisor Another Life were extremely thorough with the process. I would highly recommend them.

I first heard of Another Life when they opened a branch in a local building I helped refurb in Ayr . After meeting Alison I decided to make an appointment to discuss what policies were available to help me out in the future financially if anything should happen to me. I must say that there were no hard sale tactics to "sign here". In fact, I was surprised and pleased at the advise I was given relating to the things which I didn't need (which were policies that Alison could provide to people) as I would already be covered through existing policies I had elsewhere. I was then informed of an income protection policy that was available. Every aspect of it was explained very professionally to me and at no stage did I feel under any pressure to "sign up". I then decided it could be a very worthwhile security cushion for me for the future. The premium was very reasonable indeed (so I thought) and I went with it. I actually felt really comfortable throughout the whole meeting and felt at ease. Not what I genuinely expected to be honest, probably through a lack of knowledge/experience on my part. I would certainly deal with Alison again and have been recommending Another Life to my friends and family.

Another life made the process of changing my life insurance over very simple & straightforward. My advisor found a few issues with my old insurance which I hadn't picked up on and managed to get me a superior life cover more suited to my needs. The whole process was very quick & efficient.

The service I received from Alison at Another Life was quick and efficient whilst ensuring she understood the needs for our family. They took care of all the paperwork and dealing with the insurance making the process hassle free.
