One price, lifetime license, rarely had issues until project was abandoned. No more client updates, zero response to support tickets, cannot log into local app even after resetting password a half-dozen times. Started out awesome but seems to have fallen by the wayside.
Have bought a life license a while back, have had no problems. Use it on laptop and other devices (basically phone and tablet.) *Never* had issues with a disconnect, so I don't know what other reviewer is talking about. Shortly after buying license I had a question to customer service and I believe it took them a bit but they eventually got back to me, but honestly that was a while ago so I'm not 100% sure about the details. All I know is that I haven't had an issue since. I ended up on this site when searching for other reviews, exactly because it works so well I thought I'd check on whether or not it is actually trustworthy a service (as in not keeping logs, etc...) The only reason I keep a star off is exactly because of the lack of info on the trustworthiness of their service. I use their client software on laptop, and the free iOS app OpenVPN with the licenses I purchased with AnonVPN. Again, never had an issue.
worked for 2 weeks and unable to now connect to any of their servers. their "world class service" is worthless. opened 2 tickets. 11 days and no response. forget this company. there are plenty of others out there.
It works for 20 minutes. Then it stops working for no apparent reason. After disconnecting VPN and reconnecting VPN it works again.
