The dog "cooling pad" is nothing but a piece of rayon fabric. Claimed to be recommended by vets, doubtful. Doesn't work and was totally misrepresented on the website. Very restrictive return/ refund, non existent.
I am working on reimbursement, but will probably have to go to the state attorney generals office!

After 6 weeks of using the no pull…
After 6 weeks of using the no pull harness the clasp broke and they told me it was from wear and tear. I only used 1x a day and it broke when clipping on to dog. I sent pics and multiple emails. Overall I liked the product until it failed and no repair or return option. Sadly disappointed!

Anodic Products
I ordered a dog coat from Anodic Products & the quality was terrible. The zipper broke on the first day, the harness tore off the fabric within 2 weeks. I emailed about the problems & after several back & forth (including photos) was told that this didn’t qualify for a refund but they’d send me a replacement coat. The issue is the poor construction of the coat. I paid $50 for a very low quality product. I would recommend mot shopping here!
