Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you have already left a review on our TNPS system as well. We tried to call the policy holder but were unable to reach out, and we also left a voicemail. An email has been sent as well
As the policy is still within the 14‑day cooling‑off period, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. We just need to confirm that there are no claims pending or outstanding and that you have not travelled under the policy. Once we receive your confirmation, we will process the cancellation and refund straight away.

Terrible phone service
Terrible phone service. Took 5 attempts to finalise the policy. No body rings you back. Calls drop all the time. So infuriating and such a disappointing service. Would not recommend the company

Appalling customer experience …
1 star is too much !!
I sent an email on June 11th as I could not cancel auto renewal within my account. I requested the auto renewal was cancelled. My email was responded to with an automated response telling. I did not receive anything else so I emailed again on the 17th June again stating I did not want to auto renew. On 19th June £41.72 was taken from my account: I have still not heard from the company and have sent a third email requesting a refund, again an automated response telling me they were very busy and don’t send duplicate emails !! Terrible customer service would not recommend. I will now be contacting my bank to try and get my money back.

Cover Worth its Weight in Gold!
Easy to deal with, paid out for my husband appendicitis while in Gran Canaria as he went ito a private hospital and we had to stay an extra week. Everything was covered, will now renew every year.

Bad customer service
No renewal invite received. I emailed to remove auto renew and the policy still auto renewed. Payment taken a full 2 weeks before renewal date. No response to emails.

Great policy/not so great app.
I’ve previously had travel insurance with ATI and tried to renew through the app each time, but to no avail. It’s a great policy but their app isn’t easily accessible/user friendly, this is why I’m only giving it 4 stars!

I had a large sum of money taken …
I had a large sum of money taken from my account I was unaware of . I took out the insurance years ago and it wasn’t too bad even though I hardly travel , it was taken just incase . Nearly £300 was taken and when I called the next morning I hardly got any answers . It was the woman at the other end of the ohone I could hear her not what she said but the way she spoke. Because I couldn’t understand the huge leap all she said was that’s it take it or leave it . I explained that when you get car insurance you can barter and the huge price the leap to almost £100 more was extortionate. She wasn’t bothered and wouldn’t help , so again take it or leave it. You could hear her sighing at the other end she was becoming agitated with me and wouldn’t pass me on to anyone else !
I also explained I went to Dublin 6weeks ago and I was mugged. I had the police report and they the insurance failed to get back to me . I’ve been on the phone from one department to another . Not at all a nice way to treat any customer and one that stuck with them for as many years as I have!
