I recently began handcrafting and selling jewelry at local craft shows on LI. Annies Beads is one of my go to shops for bead selection. They have a great selection of A, AA, and AAA quality beads in the materials I prefer to work with. Recently, they ran out of amazonite and lemon quartz that I had selected. Rather than choosing a substitution they contacted me to select my changes instead, which other online shops have not done. The overall impression of handcrafted items has been extremely positive and that in part is from the high quality of the materials that Annies Beads have available.

Received pearls claiming to be AAA, definitely not!! Many ridges & imperfections, would not order again!!

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Annie’s Bead. I placed three separate orders, and each one arrived incorrect—wrong stone, wrong size, or just not what I ordered.

After one mistake, they said I could exchange the item. I sent it back, but they just refunded me without any explanation, and didn’t send what I originally ordered. Since then, they’ve sent two more incorrect orders, and I’ve sent multiple emails with no response at all.

This has caused unnecessary delays and a lot of frustration. At this point, I can’t recommend ordering from them.
