Fantastic service with great care and attention to client needs
We started our project back in August 2023, I had been in contact with Robert who was very supportive and patient with what we were trying to achieve. The intended purpose was to have my mother-in-law live at the end of our garden and the initial approach was to build a dwelling via full planning permission, which fell through and got rejected due to the history of our land and was unrelated to what Annexespaces do, so we re-visited our communication with Robert in early February 2024 and between the 3 of us (Robert, Myself and Mother in law) we managed to get to a good position to submit an application for the caravan act. and to my surprise it had got approved! Sadly though due to private issues we were not able to go ahead with the build, however I would highly recommend Annex Spaces if you are looking for a no pressure, supportive and knowledgeable team of individuals who carefully guide you through the design phase and are very flexible in what you want to achieve and where you can potentially save costs.
Will definitely be recommended Annex Spaces to any friends and family members.
