Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience
I had a very distressing experience with this removal company and would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.
On moving day, the team was disorganised, uncooperative, and at times openly dismissive of my requests. They refused to carry out agreed tasks (such as assembling appliances), despite prior confirmation from the company. When I raised this, I was met with defensive and inappropriate responses.
Several items were damaged during the move, including my furniture and door. The team also tracked mud throughout the house, leaving newly fitted carpets dirty and wet, which caused me to slip and injure my knee.
What concerned me most was the unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour. I was subjected to rude comments and a sexual remark made by one of the movers, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home.
Additionally, the team lacked proper tools, left items behind, and I had to make multiple trips myself to complete the move. They also left rubbish behind and did not take care of the property.
I raised a formal complaint and was offered only £50 and an apology, which does not reflect the severity of the experience.
Overall, this was far below any reasonable standard of service. I would not recommend this company.
