I ordered one product from the website

I ordered one product from the website and made online payments for products which turned out to be fraud. They neither delivered the product nor issued a refund. They never update order details in the website, so I enquire about it via whatsapp with the number they provided in their website but they never reply. After sometime again I sent the message asking about the order updates then reply came as “Let me Check” but they neither update the order details nor they sent any confirmation of the order. Later, again I tried to contact then they said that the product is out of stock and asked me to wait for 1 to 2 days for the update. There was no any update, so again I have to call and ask them but then they replied that they will refund the money. So I waited patiently but never refund. I requested 2 to 3 more times to refund the money but that was of no use.
