In my opinion, this is one of the best companies I can recommend. I've purchased around five power stations from them, and all of them are still performing at 100%. I have absolutely no complaints. Fast service, highly reliable, and outstanding overall.
The Anker line of portable batteries is great. Love the design and size. Not overly heavy for a 2000 Wh system.
Have it hooked up and put the settings in for electricity rates. It works great. Ordering another solar panel also. Going to use it in our rv and very happy with it.
I placed an order over £1,000. It turned up today but was missing £318 worth of batteries.
Luckily i had taken out the “worry free cover” so I contacted them on live-chat to see if the batteries would be shipped separate or not. The live chat team advised me that they would not be shipped on a separate order and were therefore missing on deliver.
They then proceeded to tell me that these are considered “components” and not covered under the worry free cover. Imagine my shock considering one of these batteries was actually charged as a stand alone item (£150).
For any avoidance of doubt this is what the confirmation email from them says is covered.
Get a refund if the following happens:
✅Defective – The product arrived defective or is not working properly
✅Not Delivered – The package was lost or never arrived
✅Missing or Incomplete – Items or key components were missing
✅Significantly Delayed – Shipment is significantly delayed beyond the promised delivery date
This leads me to believe that the cover is being miss sold to customers. Clearly my situation should have been covered.

Anker thank you for the nice reply on the review but in the actual support emails your team is saying something different. The supervisor responding to the case has just emailed to say regardless of the way the product is marketing and the emails confirming the missing items should be covered they are not willing to do anything to resolve the issue. I now havbe to file a charge-back on my credit card which is very frustrating.
I really don't see why your team does not ship me the 2 batteries next day delivery and avoid a £1,000 dispute.

This is my 4th C1000 power station. They are very useful during hurricane season and for power outages.
We absolutely Love it, this is our first experience Anker Solix. And we Love it.
It all started when I bought the equipment; it was never explained that, even though you can buy additional parts later on, they would cost double or more. And even though I had already bought the equipment less than a month prior, they refused to give me the price that applies when you buy everything together. And the saddest part is that a week later, the prices dropped—after I had already bought everything at the high price.

Great product - the dual Anker SOLIX F3800 unit + extra batteries runs the whole house (+ a/c) for approximately 7 hours through the main panel which uses a manual transfer switch.
Shipping was very slow and delayed otherwise good website can't review the product yet cuz I haven't used it

I ordered the s2000 from Anker direct on release day early in the morning while Amazon said delivery was next day. 4 days later before the promotion code ran out, I purchase from Amazon (Amazon was 2 weeks out by then) and the Amazon order arrived 3 days before my order from Anker direct on release day. The lesson, never buy from Anker direct, buy through Amazon, they clearly have poor logistics priorities.

So far so good. Purchased 4 units to essentially take fridge, freezer and network mesh off grid. The charge during solar peak hrs and discharge through the evening and overnight.
This for me seems to be a more financially efficient way to expand my whole home battery capacity for powering essentials compared to a $6-$10k expansion project through my solar company for the same capacity.
I had gotten the solar panel on Friday 6/19/26 with NO generator. FedEx sent a picture of the delivery and no generator. I have been waiting for weeks for this. I wanted to buy more products but now, IDK. Sorry but I was so excited to get it, just disappointed.

((David from Anker Solix has contacted me and my father about the recent customer service that I commented on. I appreciate that Anker Solix and David took the time to contact us and try to clear up any issues.))
I bought four Anker Solix units for me and my extended family to try out, and I was planning on buying several more, but then I ran into as couple of problems.
1. Their customer support is horrible. My 83 year old father called by on for advice and the call centre agent was unhelpful and rude.
2 This one really upsets me because there is no need for it to have happened but it’s stuck in my head now and I’m not going to reward them for this behaviour.
They seem to send promotions to your email with codes to enjoy s 5% or 12% discount, but half the time they don’t work. So you spend time putting together a purchase thinking you’re getting a certain deal and it’s not a as deal at all.
Then I spoke to a couple of friends that got a way better price than me for no reason at all. Their marketing is dishonest and they charge as much as they can by manipulating you and checking cookies and sending email deals with codes that don’t work. They will do anything to get an extra few dollars out of your pocket. It’s a shame because the product Is quite good. But there are other units on the market with honest pricing and the customer service can’t be worse than Anker Solix.

The installation went very well! I love the set and forget aspect of the Solix E10 battery backup. It literally caused me to stop worrying about the power grid dropping off. My routine was never interrupted during the last windstorm and actually, I didn't even know it was down for 4 hours!
