Have been a fan for years.

Have been a fan for years. Met all my needs, especially your hubs and your connectors, like magic. I could connect anything to anything. Spooky! They were all powerful looking and solid. This time I bought a slight looking 8-in-1 USB-c PD 10Gbs Data Hub. It did not connect to one of the device. I am still all your very old ones. Still working. Why are you not making those solid ones.

Love the chargers

Love the chargers, been using for months now with zero issues and my device health is still near 100%. I will never go back to cheap charging tech and highly recommend Anker to everyone around me!

Excellent Product.

Easy to order,
Fast delivery.
The Anker 735 3-Port Charger looks and feels very well made and, in the few weeks now that
I have been using it, has performed flawlessly in charging and running a laptop and two phones.
I've bought Anker products in the past - which I still have and which still work as new - and won't hesitate to buy Anker in the future.
Highly Recommended +++++

Poor experience so far

I am really struggling to register my purchases, even though I bought the direct from the Anker store. And I am being told that the order number is the wrong format when copying and pasting it from and to their own pages.
I have been getting almost zero charge from the 400W portable solar panels to the 2KW power station and all I am getting in response is a load of AI generated responses.
This may have been okay in isolation, but I am already worn out with registering my purchases, due to medical conditions and circular advice on absent invoices. I bought these to simplify my position, not make it complicated and dysfunctional.
I am hoping that there will be resolution soon?

Unfortunately not a good experience this time!

Unfortunately, only one of the fast-charging plugs I ordered is working. Given that they are quite expensive, I had hoped to return the faulty item for a replacement or refund. However, there appears to be no way to contact Anker in the UK directly, as the only email addresses provided are “no-reply” accounts.

It would be much appreciated if Anker’s UK customer service were more accessible, as the products I’ve purchased in the past have generally been of good quality.
