Working with Anita on our baby’s sleep routine has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. As first-time parents, we were absolutely clueless about sleep training and exhausted from months of disrupted sleep. From the moment our baby was born, sleep was a constant struggle. She sleeps for approximately 10 hours straight at night with no feeds and no wake-ups. We are beyond grateful to Anita. Our family is now well-rested, our baby is thriving, and our home feels happier and more peaceful. This journey has been transformational and we owe it all to her.
