I had a generally positive experience with Animigo on animigo.se. Their client support was exceptionally kind and prompt, which I appreciated. Although the anti-chew spray didn’t deter my beagle as expected, the packaging was nice and practical. While shipping delays happened with my allergy aid tablets and express delivery order, I’m pleased that the nail grinder worked well and kept my dog stress-free during nail care. Overall, there's room for improvement, especially with delivery times, but their products and support were satisfactory.

I have ordered an allergy aid tablets for my dog on 09 June, I should receive it during 5 days but today is 17 June and I am still waiting. I tried to contact via chat with no success.

I got the anti-chew spray, but unfortunately, my 4-month-old beagle seems to like it, instead of feeling disgusted by it :( . We try to apply it as indicated, but it did not work for us.
Nice and practical packaging tho.

So far so good
So far so good, my dog is not stressed by this grinder and tolerates the process fairly well. I’m so happy that I don’t need to stress him with the nail clippers anymore.

We apologize from our side if your parcel has not yet been delivered. Its very important all our customer to always contact directly our customer support, so we are able to assist as much as possible. We have further checked your order and one of our agent has tried to contact you with no success.
You have chose tracked delivery and as per the tracking site your parcel has been delivered already. But once again we kindly ask you to contact our support if we can assist i anything ells.
Its important for us all our customer feels safe and be aware you can contact support at anytime between 09.00-18.00 working days either via email, phone or LiveChat.
Tracked delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days but Postnord is working now under hard pressure due to the second wave of Covid19 unfortunately it may have affected delivery. POst office are though doing the best efforts to deliver the parcel in time. You may contact Postnord for more information. Beside this, here at Animigo we are always stand by to assist you as much as possible.
