Very quick response and kind!
Anime Figurer was very quick to respond when I mistakenly ordered a figure on preorder during a time I would not be at home. They provided a replacement product and shipped everything out the next day. Order did take a few days to get to me, but that’s on DHL. Very good customer service and good prices. I recommend ordering from there!

Great shop and customer service!
I really need to praise Animefigurers customer service.
My order got delayed by quite a lot of months, which is a normal occurrence for preorders. But I messaged them after 2 months went by the original release date and asked if they had any updates, and Aimefigurer went above and beyond to check where their product shipment was, and how much longer I'd have to wait.
They do a great job of secure packaging of their products as well.
Very reliabe shop, I highly recommend them! :)

Trusty nordic supplier of anime goods!
I have order a few anime figures from this site now. All good quality, reasonably priced, and arrived very fast. Also, because they are nordic you don't risk high import fees!
