Avoid!!!!! Critical Medication not recieved then told lies
I have been receiving my dogs critical anti seizure medication without a problem for 3 months however this month my order was cancelled without contacting me by phone because the shipping address did not match the address on my prescription. It never has matched, and for good reason as the drug is controlled and requires a signature
I live remotely, work full time and have a gated driveway
However, this hadn't been a problem previously as it has been sent to my parents to sign for. It is now a pending bank holiday weekend and my dog will be without critical medication.
When I tried to contact animed I was told someone would call me the next day at 0830, obviously no one called.
When I did reach "customer satisfaction" I was told the law changed yesterday. I know for a fact this is not true and I am waiting for Animed to provide me with evidence to the contrary. They won't be able too!
Anyway, do not use if you rely on critical medication to manage your pets illness. It is not worth your dogs health, they lie instead of owning up to their mistakes and do not care if my dog suffers as a result.

A well packed parcel
The items I ordered were taped together and carefully packed so they didn't slide around in the box and get damaged. I was very impressed. My order came in the time window I was given & the delivery driver was polite & helpful & placed my parcel in my hall . So I could unpack it there & didn't need to lift it.
