I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers for my kids for Christmas (from Santa, as they requested) on the 6th of November.
I never received an email saying they had been shipped, or with any tracking information.
I emailed them multiple times since the 27th of Novemeber and have yet to receive a response. I spent €200 on these shoes which included insurance for lost/stolen/damaged goods.
To say i am appalled is an understatement.
Still have not received my order or got a response to my multiple emails.
Do not order from here as I feel it may be a scam!!!!
Poor customer service if they are a genuine company.
