Extremely happy with my order. I ordered three mangas (Jujutsu Kaisen volume two and both the first volumes of Chainsaw Man), my order arrived securely packaged and although I had to get it rescheduled for delivery, as I wasn’t in when they first tried, it still arrived very promptly. OtakuHype’s prices are cheaper than most manga/anime retailers and the quality and care that they put into their orders is evidently displayed from my first order and much higher than the likes of places like Waterstones. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them extensively in the future!

Had a few delays, but when ordering it does state "Estimated".
When the figure got shipped it only took a couple days before arrival. Figure not damaged and in great condition!

Ordered a product from them first time, was sent it via Special 1pm delivery and the staff responded extremely fast. Highly recommend this store, only issue was the outer box was damaged badly ( but royal mail is to blame for that) but the product was safe :) Will order again.
