I ordered 2 memorial pieces to hold some of the ashes of my companion of the last 14 years who I with a very heavy heart had to send her over the rainbow bridge to end her pain. I placed my order for a heart which says' no longer by my side but always in my heart' the other is a tube pendant with a paw print cut out and a glass liner with a miss you heart on the screw on cap. They are beautifully boxed and both came with a funnel and rod to help you to fill them with the ashes and a rod with instructions on how much to fill the heart so the ashes don't block the screw thread inside the top. They arrived within a few days and I'm really impressed by the service I received and the amazing quality of both items. I ordered stainless Steel rather than silver because they won't tarnish and are heavy enough for me to notice if I should lose one from the neck ring I intend to use for them rather than the chains they came with as I have problems with the catches and I am able to swap pendants with ease. I will be using this company again as I have had a small urn of my husband's ashes for 14 years and it will be lovely to be able to carry a piece of him with me forever as well. Great designs great prices and excellent service what more can you ask for when you are grieving.

I’ve not yet purchased from this company but wanted to review due the service I’ve received so far. The guy I spoke with was so helpful and has really went out of his way to source what it is I was asking for. He took my email and promised to contact me. 1 week later, he did. It’s not often companies keep to their promises. I’ll definitely be purchasing one of their beautiful pieces. Promises being kept and communication are are must in my book.
