Regrettably, this company sent an unqualified person to our house, who failed to install our Wiser system, but also managed to disable the central heating too. As this was Friday, it could not be fixed until Monday. During the weekend, we had to heat the house with logs, inconveniently. On Monday a very competent man arrived, and fixed everything. However, he should have come on the Friday. However, they failed to spell my surname properly, and since writing to this company, they have failed to answer our correspondence. This company needs to communicate much better with customers, and understand better, the requirements of jobs.

They installed solar panels on our farm a couple of years ago and also recently completed the re-wire and ground source heating for the renovation of our farm house. Top job on all occasions with friendly and polite team, particularly Josh! They worked really quickly. Highly recommend them.

We were recommended Anelec by a heritage builder and they fitted Solar panels with a battery storage system to our grade 2 listed property in North Yorkshire. Very professional, thorough and friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Anelec installed solar to our house. Liaised perfectly with the on-site builder who was replacing the roof at the time. 10 out of 10 for every aspect of the job. Fully recommend!
