If there was a zero star rating, that would be more fitting for my experience with And Selene. I regret not checking reviews before purchasing two items, a dress and top, off this website in December (04.12.23).
The initial red flag occurred when I was tracking the delivery of my parcel. I had ordered it to arrive before Christmas but by 21.12.23 no parcel and the tracking link didn't seem to be valid, redirecting me to an Asian customs site?????
I contacted And Selene and they reassured me that my order was on the way but in two separate packages. Eventually the dress came. I wasn't intending to keep it, because Christmas had been and gone and I had no need for a sequined dress now.
The dress was awful quality and not worth the money I had paid. I requested a refund, both for the dress and the top (which has never arrived), at an additional cost of £15.55.
From the beginning, a representative from And Selene was swift to respond to emails and offered me the world. Promising to resend me the top or provide full refund for both items.
It is now 18.03.24, nearly 3 months later and no refund has been issued and no money has reached my account.
Everytime I chase up the issue, I am met with charming emails, but I am being bluffed off again.
Eventually, after nearly 4 months, I have recieved a refund and money has been returned to my PayPal account.
Overall an awful experience!! This business should not be allowed to trade.
unexpected delays…
Although we had some unexpected delivery delays, Chloé at andSelene was so gracious and helpful with her updates. The dress is gorgeous and delighted my daughter will be able to wear it for her graduation !
This is a terrible service
This is a terrible service. Ordered an item last January - took nearly 4 wks to arrive. I returned as terrible quality and still no refund. I have emailed on several occasions. Avoid this site at all costs - not sure how influencers can promote this site!!

AVOID!!!!!! I was warned from passed customers not to order from this company and I wished I had listened, 6 weeks after I ordered still no sign of my dress which I had ordered 3 weeks in advance for the event I needed it for thinking that shoud be enough time 🤣. Anyway they kept fobbing me off on the emails saying the dress is on the way despite the tracking number not working ever. I have now requested a refund which still hasn't been recieved and probably won't!!

My order was running late, I got in touch with Chloe and she responded immediately with an update and chased my package with a post. She kept me updated the entire time and even checked in with me to see if I received the package. Great customer experience :)
Excellent customer service
Ordered a dress, it did take a little while to deliver but when I emailed about delivery got an immediate response and they were so helpful and it actually arrived when I got home from work. It was great quality and can’t wait to wear it. Was really impressed with the after hours email replies wasn’t expecting that.
Wish I had a look on Trustpilot before buying
I’ve purchased a jumper on Black Friday and when it arrived, I spotted a minor defect and overall the item was not good quality either so I wanted to return. Make sure you read the online policy as it states that if you buy an item on sale, they only give you store credit. So I emailed them and asked for full refund into my account because of the defect. They agreed and I returned the item. The posting costed £10 as they are based outside England and had to pay international posting. They refused to cover my posting costs saying that the item didn’t have a defect even though they agreed to offer me a refund because of the defect. The refund showed up in my account on 16th of Feb even though the returned item was received by them on 8th of Jan and had to chase them multiple times for it. They also haven’t refunded me the initial shipping cost, so made a £14 loss in total on this. Overall, very poor experience! Do not buy!

Love my dress. My package took a while to arrive however when I emailed customer service about this they were very prompt to respond and update me. The dress fits well and is very good quality. I would definitely buy from And Selene again.

Ordered a dress and a top before Christmas and said I would have before Christmas, the top came but the dress still did not arrive. Returned the top with tracking (thankfully) as they tried to say it wasnt received.Was told I would receive my refund, never happened. Tried to tell me the dress was delivered but there was no proof and the tracking ID sent to me from them was something that was cropped and edited. I was told 2 weeks ago I would have a refund for both items within 10 days and still has not happened so am going further with this.

Amazing! The girls really do seem to be online at all hours of the day. Needed to return an item and the girls were so helpful in helping me return it. There was a delay with the couriers with the return but the girls contacted the couriers to help resolve it. Receive my refund quickly

i ordered the dress from the UK. The returns go outside the Uk for which i paid a high postage. then been told i need to pay import duty, which combined cost more then the dress. This is so bad and not a proper returns.

Excellent Customer Service and High Quality Items
I ordered a dress from andselene less than 15 working days before Christmas. Following the purchase I contacted their customer service team enquiring as to whether the dress would arrive to my address in Scotland before Christmas Day.
Chloe from andselene got back within a few hours and checked with their courier. She confirmed that I would receive my dress in time. Over the next 10 days I spoke with Chloe regarding the delivery on numerous occasions and she was always quick to reply and very helpful.
My dress arrived on 22nd of December in good time for me to enjoy wearing it on both Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
The dress is actually stunning quality. I have received a lot of compliments and look forward to ordering again in the future. I was very impressed with how helpful and responsive Chloe was.

Don’t expect a refund
Bought a jacket from this company - wanted to return for refund. They said that I would only get store credit as the jacket was a sale item and proceeded to show me another listing for the EXACT same jacket which was 10 euros more expensive, but not on ‘sale’.
When asked what the difference was, they said the non sale jacket was new stock with different tags!!
False advertising as the jackets look EXACTLY the same in both images.
Advised company of consumer law and that I have 14 days to return an item regardless of their internal policy, at which point they stopped replying.
Even bigger scam because they probably order their products from China and then charge a huge mark up - which is why it takes 15 days to arrive. Otherwise delivery from Ireland to England would never take this long.
Worth the order! Not a scam
Ordered a dress for Xmas from the brand as it came up on my Instagram. Didn’t think much of ordering and thought the process was easy enough. It detailed shipping to uk would be 15 days from ROI. I live in Northern Ireland.
After placing my order I then decided to look up reviews and got nervous at peoples experience and ‘scam’ reviews as I had paid £90 for the dress. I emailed customer service for an update on my order as it had been a week and I didn’t have any notification if it was shipped.
I got a reply within a few hours to apologise for the lack of update but that it had been shipped and had got through customs that day and it would be with me the day after (Friday) or Monday of the following week. Well it arrived today (Friday- the following day!) via DPD. I am very happy with the dress! Although not really what I expected the material to be like it still is a great quality dress!
My experience has been really good and would order again.

SCAM! Do not buy from this company! I bought a dress in July 23 for an event in August and it never arrived! I did not hear from them for 3 months but when I contacted them for a refund they said that the dress is sent. I replied saying how come the dress was sent when I have not received any shipping confirmation from you? To this day I have not received the refund although I have had several conversations about it. They even asked me how I paid and that they will transfer me the money via Revolut. I opened up a Revolut just for this! How come they can’t just refund back? I did not close any cards or accounts. This to me is coming up with excuses left right and center so they don’t pay back. Please hold on to your money and do not buy from andselene.

I have recently bought 3 dresses from AndSelene and waited 2 weeks with no word as to where my parcel was, when asked they blamed it on the couriers. The parcel arrived the following week with an item missing, I asked where this item was and again they blamed it on someone else saying it was stuck in customs. Days later I got another email saying they hadn’t even sent the dress in the first place as it wasn’t in stock. So they charged me for an item they didn’t even have.
It took another 5 and a half weeks to get a refund for this item, after CONSTANT back and forth emails.
My friend had the same issue and they had the exact same excuses for her too, blaming it on other people then in reality they hadn’t the item in stock.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
