I recently asked Andrew Kelly Lettings to find a tenant for my newly refurbished flat, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service.

From the very beginning, Jonathan, John, and the rest of the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took care of absolutely everything , from photographing and marketing the property, arranging and carrying out all the viewings, right through to preparing the tenancy agreement. They also kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me real confidence that everything was being handled properly.

Letting out a property can be stressful, but the team made the whole process smooth and hassle free. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was clear they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome.

Andrew Kelly's recently sold my mother's house for us. In what was a difficult time they handled the sale professionally at all times. The valuer provided a realistic value based on a good knowledge of the local market and the support team managed the viewings as well as providing me with regular updates once an offer had been made. A positive experience and I would definately recommend them.
