Quality is atrocious, bought a t shirt and the material is cheap and scratchy. No returns. Spend your money elsewhere.
I placed an order on 8 December and paid extra for express shipping.
As of 3 January, I still have no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no carrier details.
I’ve contacted customer support multiple times via email and Instagram. While they apologised and said the order was being “prioritised”, every response has been vague or copy-paste, with no actual proof that the order has been dispatched still.
I still want the item, but paying for express shipping was clearly a waste of money, and the lack of transparency has been extremely frustrating.
Delays can happen, but nearly a month with no shipment and no clear communication is not acceptable.
I ordered 2 shirts at the start of this month. After 8 days with no updated information I contacted support for an update. 3 days later they said it’ll be updated soon. Another week later I asked for either a timeline or a cancellation since it was not going to arrive anywhere close the promised 3-4 business days shipping. They are now telling me they have no choice but to send the item and then I will have to send it back for my refund…. Once again it hasn’t even been sent as of yet 21 days after purchase.

The tee came fairly quickly. I honestly love their tees, I am 5’8 135 and I get the mediums then crop them and they fit perfect. I love the way they feel and the shape they have in my body. Would definitely buy again. The tees don’t get messed up in the collar after you wash and don’t really shrink.

Starting to feel as though I may have been scammed.
Ordered on 7th December. Today is the 29th of December, order hasn’t even been dispatched. Have contacted them multiple times only to receive a generic copy paste answer after about 6 days that didn’t actually tell me when my order was going to be dispatched. Meanwhile I was receiving emails about how December 16 was the cut off to receive orders before Christmas which annoyed me, highly doubt they could get orders out by the 16th when they can’t even get orders out from a week before. Their designs are cool, but save your money and buy elsewhere!
Order confirmed on Dec 4th it’s now the 26th and no sigh of T-shirt being dispatched let alone delivered. Zero response from ‘support’ email address. Ripped off.

Absolutely shocking, it’s just a scam! Ordered my clothes 3 weeks ago and said they would be delivered in 3-5 days. They never come.
The t-shirt I got from them feels such nice quality, the print looks really good too! It actually might be the best fitting t-shirt I’ve ever had, I like a boxy 90s fit and it is perfect without having a really wide set collar like a lot of baggier fits can - will definitely be ordering again

I ordered a cap from them at the beginning of November I wanted to wear for my New Year celebration. They had it delivered to the wrong address I told them initially that I had not reci3ved the hat and they told me to take it up with FedEx. So I opened a case with FedEx. By 22 November FedEx said there's nothing I can do because it was delivered to some woman I've never heard of who does not live at this address called Kate. So I went back to "Out come the Wallies" they said no worries I can repurchase the cap and use store credit and that they can help me. I tried yet the cap was no longer available on the website, I replied and asked them how to use store credit and that the cap is no longer on the site. I think it took them 2 weeks to say yes the cap is available and send a link to the cap. and description of what to do, they did this on the 8th December. The link doesn't work, says page not found and if I go to the website on my browser low and behold the cap is no longer on the website. At this point I don't give a toss about the stupid fudgung painters cap anymore, I just feel cheated.

So I ordered a shit, and it looked NOTHING like the picture. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I got a totally different looking T-shirt from the one I ordered. You know how McDonald's shows you a beautiful picture of a Big Mac™ and what you get looks nothing like it? Well this was worse if you can believe it. If I could rate this company negative stars I would. 😞
Quality, customer service, and shipping are all great. Couldn't be happier with my experience!
