It’s a scam
It’s a scam. The link they provided for order doesn’t work. I wrote to Chase several times, all they can say was “working with the courier”. No answer as to when I’ll receive it or the whereabouts of the item. Hopeless
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Goods not delivered and any query is answered by a stock email saying they are chasing it up, but nothing happens.
The pans that they (supposedly) sell may be non-toxic, but the company certainly isn’t. Like others, I have been waiting for my order for months. Each time I contact them I’m told that they’re chasing it up and that a refund is unfortunately not possible.
The company does seem to exist as I eventually received my frying pan today, over a month since I placed the order. If I had have been told that it would take approximately a month before it would be delivered then I might have accepted that.I had to threaten cancellation of payment to get a reaction.Need to be honest on delivery times and communicate better with customers.
It's a complete scam. Chinese company and professional website. They take your money and don't reply. These ads shouldn't be allowed on Instagram. Hope this stops someone else from purchasing!
Total scam. I trusted them as website looked v professional. No sign of my £65 non-toxic pan.
Impressive website
I purchased a bundle of cookware on the 27th February . I received an immediate confirmation of my order costing €176 . Since the 27th I have received no communication
I have sent 5 emails .
Avoid this scam
It took nearly 2 weeks to dispatch and there is absolutely no indication anywhere on the site that this is coming from CHINA
Total scam. Do not buy from this company. They look legit, website is good. However, it says 7-10 days delivery. I bought on 23rd Feb (today is 12th March) and have received nothing - after the confirmation of order which arrived immediately via shopify - but no tracking since despite they said it would arrive within 24-48 hours. On the website I put the order number in and it states order is not ready, it is not in transit, it is not out for delivery. My bank said it looks like a scam - and I believe it is. BEWARE!
Is there a rating less than one? I would click on it in a heartbeat. Total scam. I purchased made a purchase with them on the 22nd of February 2026. Besides the email of confirmation of purchase I have heard nothing. Multiple attempts at communication have been met with no response.
This place is an absolute scam!!! No response from their email, no communication whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

WHY DOES FACEBOOK NOT STOP THESE SCAMS???
Beware of this company.
I have sent 3 emails asking andersoncookware.com when I can expect the £75 pan that I bought from them on 17th February 2026. According to their advert, delivery would be within 2-3 business working days.
I haven't had any form of response, so it seems to be a company using scams to catch idiotic people like me, out.
