Don’t fall into the trap

Don’t fall into the trap! This company has no business ethics which essentially builds on customer service and fair charges. I informed about my move-out date (1 Jan 2025) from previous apartment well in advance as per cancellation policy (14 days notice). However, I end up paying for full month as opted for automatic card payment. I flagged this issue and requested for refund or at least provide a clarification. However, I am still waiting for a response from this fraud company and following up since last two months.

Poor customer service

I have contacted the customer service 3 working days before. They promise to come back within 2 days but no answer
The app sometimes has problems and didn't display the energy cost
Very expensive

I completely understand that it’s frustrating, when there is a wait time, and we are always working to ensure our customers reach the right department as quickly as possible.

If there is a queue, you can choose to have us call you back. This way, you’ll keep your place in line, and we’ll call you during the day – saving you from waiting on the phone.

You can also contact us through the “Skriv til os” form, or you can chat with Energitte. She’s available 24/7 every day of the week and is packed with answers, to the most common questions we receive.

Customer satisfaction is all about…

Customer satisfaction is all about meeting customer expectations. Sanne was friendly and efficient in handling my request to terminate my electricity contract due to relocation out of Denmark. She also gave useful information about the termination procedure and she followed up promptly with email notification. Thank you for the great customer experience :)
